Drainageshop have sent me two 185/210 * 100/115 adaptors, with the SKU tickets CONVENIENTLY OR IS IT SUSPICIOUSLY removed. I CHASED DRAINAGESHOP TWICE VIA WEBSITE, BOTH TIME I WAS IGNORED. I FEEL DRAINAGESHOP HAVE SIMPLY TRIED TO FOB ME OFF. I CANNOT ACCPET THESE ITEMS AS THEY ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND ARE NOT “ADAPTABLE” FOR THE SPECIFIC APPLICATION IN HAVE. I HAVE ASKED DRAINAGESHOP TO RESPOND ADVISING WHEN I WILL GET THE RIGHT PARTS OR A REFUND OF THE FULL VALUE OF THE GOODS THEY HAVE FAILED TO SUPPLY. P W

I ordered 2x underground drainage pipes and only received 1, tried to contact by email multiple times and multiple ways, not answering the phone. They seem to just ignore me. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
