I was sent a very inexperienced plumber who had no idea of the issue on hand. As the company said they give free estimates, the plumber was first supposed to say he was diagnosing which would have a cost involved. That would have been fine, had he fixed the problem!!! I was charged $129.00 with nothing solved and he left saying that "I feel" this could be the problem"!!

We had a water leak in the foundation. It was a challenging job to locate the leak, to figure out where to apply the fix and reroute the hot water pipe to by pass the leak in the concrete. Sean was able to fix the problem where a couple of other companies failed to do. Each time Sean and his helper came, they made great efforts to clean after themselves. Extremely professional! Highly recommended!

Don't let the name fool you. These guys are good, but they are also very expensive. Everything has a charge attached to it. The plumber who did the work was friendly, fast, and efficient in getting our toilet augered, but it was disappointing that he had no camera and locator on the truck to find our outdoor ease-out. They wanted another $500 to come back and check the line with a camera, so I found another plumber who would do it for $200 less. They also threw in locating the ease-out, digging down to it, and adding PVC to bring it to above ground level. So, no ups and no extras.

I needed a hydrostatic pressure test done and Howard came out to do it. He discovered two breaks in one of the pipes, which meant I needed more work done and a follow-up pressure test. The whole experience was great, because Howard was extremely professional in the conduct of his duties; very knowledgeable in explaining issues and possible solutions; and he was also patient with me as he answered all of my questions and walked me through every step of each process he was performing on site. Howard was awesome! A special thanks to the Economy Plumbing office staff (Tricia) and the owner/management for their patience as I worked to get financial stuff ironed out when the company's partner financing company wasn't working. It was nice to have a service provider be flexible and understanding during a customer's time of need. Thanks for the great experience!

Job; re-glue an under-mount stainless steel sink. No parts cost except a tube of glue. Not a complex job. A DIY job but I was out of town. Original cost- $519.30 Cost paid after $60 discount $450.30 Cost included a $64.31 "miscellaneous invoicing fee" (junk fee) It is ironic that they call themselves "Economy Plumbing" I will NEVER use them again.

Service was perfect, arrived on time, explained work and costs, completed work quickly. Work area was cleaned up as if they were never there. I have used Economy Plumbing in the past, remain my go to company for any project.

their service is unbelievable poor ! never ever use that company! they charge you money before they do anything, after that, they tell you they could not figure out what's the problem. Also, they would tell you to pay them immediately otherwise they would file police report for theft of service. worst company in the world !

We were very pleased with the fast, courteous, and expert service that Talmage provided. He replaced our water heater very quickly and did a great job. Economy Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a neighbor and they performed exactly as I had been told.

I guess the problem of having too much pressure was solved because we are not having the problem any more. The technician who came out was very pleasant. I felt like it was a little expensive for what was done and was surprised and disappointed that you did not offer a senior discount.

Economy Plumbing was dishonest in performing the work they said they would do, and what was actually performed. Also I was told by their management latter, that their "fixed price" only applies if the problem is simple and that a new fixed price would be quoted if the problem turned out to be more complicated. Also they wanted to sign the contract on a phone, the terms and conditions was never made clear.

The only thing that bothered me is that his note at the top of the page indicated that I was the one who requested that it all be replaced. That was not the case. He informed me that it had been "messed" with so much it could not be repaired. I do hope that was the case. Thanks you, Benita

Economy plumbing were great, right from jump my tech was able to diagnose the problem based on my description, he went out of his way to purchase a valve which would allow him to demonstrate the problem, and then he fixed the issue. All within 3 hours!

Very happy with the service! Howard communicated what was going on throughout the whole process, stayed in contact about what time he would be arriving and kept me updated on when parts would arrive. Also, they did a great job of coordinating with my tenant

They were able to work me into their schedule despite being booked full, but it was certainly expensive for a non weekend simple drain unclogging. It took them literally 10 minutes or less. Had I known it would have been that much I would have purchased the tools and done it myself. But it is done now and they were very nice and very accommodating when it came to solving my clogged drain quickly.

I had a great experience with Economy. Our plumber was on time, polite and worked hard for 7 hours on 3 projects. One project had crumbling, unused pipes and took expertise and patience! He did exactly what we wanted, it all works perfectly and he left each project area spotless. The work matched the estimate and we will always use Economy from now on!

Howard came early as I was told he would on the two days he came. He explained what he needed to do. Unfortunately, the wiring leading to the water heater fried the wires in the tank. He suggested calling an electrician which we did right away and called Economy Plumbing to send Howard with a new water heater, which he did, the next day in the morning. Howard explained all that I needed to know about the water heater. He was very nice and left everything cleaned up.
