We purchased a Santec Roman bath tub faucet set from H&S. I mistakenly ordered the set without the handheld shower. Within 24 hours, Joe Vingray was able to confirm the shower would be shipped at no additional charge. I also ordered a Hansgrohe shower pipe from Joe. The price was slightly over half what I paid for the same product from a local supplier when we renovated our other bathroom last month. I would recommend both Joe Vingray and Home and Stone to anyone in the market for their products.

I have to say Customer of Ours was looking for a high End Vanity, Mindy at the Brooklyn office was very helpful in helping me, she priced everything I needed and put my order in. The Delivery was relatively fast, in perfect condition. Very happy with the order, hoping my client is just as happy!

Purchased a 72" Fairmont Designs Victoria Vanity with white carrera marble top on July 6th at a price of 2867.40 with Free Shipping. Charged it to my credit card and received confirmation and printed my receipt. Was contacted by customer service the next day but was not home to return the call till the day after. Customer service director informed me that there was a "type O" on the site and that the vanity price was really about $400 more and that the top was also about $400 more for a new total of $3822. I asked him how many of the prices were "type Os" and who holds responsibility for updating prices on the website and asked for his manager. When I contacted the owner, I asked him to make good on the purchase since they had already charged my credit card and I had a receipt, and he refused and said that they would credit back my card withing 2 days (remember it only took a few minutes for them to charge my card.) I think that this is a some kind of fraud operation. They probably put these extremely low prices on their site to bait you and hope you will just pay the extra because you really like the vanity also it creeps me out that they now have my credit card information. I have contacted the NY Better Business Bureau and the manufacturer of the vanity and am considering contacting the news media.

This is just one order out of 5 that my brother and I have placed at Home & Stone. I think:) I am starting to lose count. Mindy and her staff have been extremely helpful. I can't say enough about about their patience, customer service, and their attention to details. I know I have asked tons of questions and changed our minds about various items. But Mindy especially was there through the whole process and never let me or my brother down. Home & Stone is always my first stop!!

I am pleased about their packing, double boxed and packed very well.

I rate my overall experience with Home & Stone 5+ stars and highly recommend seeking their expertise when considering home projects. There's no need to go anywhere else for all your home projects!

I recently renovated 3 bathrooms and was really not looking forward to sitting in a showroom for hours picking out everything. I decided to call home and stone and tell them this. I spoke to Joe, he told me to pick out 3 faucets and directed how to find the style I was looking for on the website. After I picked out the faucets he matched the shower stuff and accessories to the corresponding lines that the faucets were in. I was on the phone for less than an hour and 3 bathrooms were done!!! Faucets, toilets, tubs, everything! I couldn't believe how painless it was!
My contractor just finished installing everything and it looks gorgeous!
I have never written a review before but felt it was a necessity in this case.
