Thanks light arrived before Christmas I was pleased with the prompt service many thanks used to be able to get these lights at B&Q but they now use a different design I was glad to find them on your website.

I waited 10 days for delivery and when it arrived the light had a potentially dangerous manufacturing fault. I ask for a refund and return paid label and had no response after another prompt I was asked to supply photos, which were sent, no response, eventually I was asked to return the light no return label was issued so 10 days after receiving the item I paid for the return carriage. A week later after the intervention of Google Certified Shops, I received a refund for the light but not the return carriage. The delivery time, product, response to emails and customer care were very poor.

Only scored 3 stars, this is due to no communication at all until 10/11 days after ordering I emailed twice the second one threatening to open a PayPal dispute. Suddenly the next day received an email saying it will be delivered the next day. No problems with the items work perfectly. Will not use again.

goods delivered promptly nice quality products at good prices BUT: No screws for one of the lights, and these were difficult to match as they were an odd size - 3mm x 40mm. I had paid extra for rapid delivery in order to finish the job, but wasted the best part of an afternon finding replacement screws

We placed the order in August and apart from 1 phone call received no communication or updates regarding our order. Eventually in November I emailed to cancel the order and request a refund. Even then I didn't receive any reply, not even an apology for the delay or any communication to explain the reasons why. I just got an email to tell me when the items were being delivered. Appalling service and I will never use this company again.

I paid express delivery at the checkout but it was delivered 5 days later. A few Bulbs were faulty and wasn't working at all also this bulbs aren't working the amount hours promised

I have T4 16 w lamps and has been really hard to find suppliers of the bulbs that fit including the pins. I have purchased my bulbs at least 3 times from this company, last time I ordered them was in 2015 and couldn't remember where I ordered them, as luck would have it I found my old receipt from 2015 and ordered 20 of the bulbs again and I ordered them last week in the afternoon, within 24 hours they were delivered to home and I was so happy to have my under lights back in my kitchen after weeks without any lighting made my kitchen look dark.

I ordered two light fittings 8 days ago, had no email or advice since. I rang to enquire as to the position as items needed now urgently to complete project. I was informed the lights are still with the supplier in Germany ! with no idea when I might receive them No apology, 'Danny' hung up on me Very poor service. I suppose you get what you pay for after being attracted by competitive pricing

The light fittings arrived promptly - the only thing not quite satisfactory was that the two five candle main light fittings were not identical - one was larger than the other, and they are in the same large lounge. The wall lights were the same as each other, which was fortunate as they are only feet apart on the wall.

I sent the following email to you on 9 February; I have not had a response Dear sir I ordered some replacement LED lights for use in my kitchen I was advised that the light requested was no longer available, but an equivalent alternative could be provided. I fitted one of the replacement lights yesterday. It is much more yellow than the current lights in my kitchen, despite the box indicating it to be cool white. Naturally I am rather disappointed at the yellowness of the light. I have spent some time comparing the information on the box for the lamps that you sent, with the box for the lamps currently in the kitchen. Both are GU10 with similar lumens; however the current lights in the kitchen are marked 6500k, whereas those which you supplied are 4000k. Is this perhaps the reason why the replacement lights are more yellow? Grateful for your advice on availability of less ‘yellow’ LED lights, please. Poor quality items, do not pay for next day delivery, next day delivery is a month plus wait time and then you will need to wait an additional month to get refund. Staff are rude and do not help when tracking your items

Order placed 7th April, heard nothing, chased on 23rd April, response saying some items on website were no longer available, revised order placed 25th April, processed 5th May, delivery over a month after first order. Very slow! Plus website out of date

I was happy that the items were as described and I was happy to buy from a UK company, but I had three areas of dissatisfaction. Communication: I placed my order on 29th June. Then all was absolute silence until the 6th and 7th July, when I got an absolute flurry of messages about when it was going to be delivered and a very specific time-slot. By that point I'd already made plans to be out and my parcel was delivered to a neighbour. If I'd had any idea in advance what day the delivery would be, I could have made my plans diferently. More spaced-out updates are way more helpful than a sudden last-minute flurry that doesn't give me time to do anything as a result. Packaging: the two light-shades were in a cardboard box 34cm x 38cm x 7.5cm with a ton of plastic "air cushion" packaging. Was this really necessary, given that they were already packed flat in two plastic sleeves? I appreciate that the plastic is biodegradeable but it seemed unnecessary. Actual product: the first light-shade was OK, the second hangs a bit wonky. But it wasn't worth sending it back for the price.

I bought out doors lights from this company and my items didn't arrive when they said tok 20 days instead seven days I call customer service tha said is nothing we can do I ask for manager he was very rude I think this company it's bad to care about there's costumes and poor service

We ordered some lights for our house which was being renovated in early Dec 2018 - 2 of the 3 line items were "in stock", the remaining one needed to be ordered and was to arrive in the UK on the 10th Jan to be delivered to us shortly thereafter. Payment was required upfront for this reason, so we did so. No goods by the 10th Jan 2019, nor any communication to advise on progress - subsequent chasing produced no results. No email updates as promised; changes of delivery dates made when questioned; had to collect the 2 items that had become available (despite delivery being promised) - another promise on the outstanding item, which never materialised. Finally, having let our electricians down several times, we cancelled the order and requested a refund. No acknowledgement, no refund. Evasive conversations or refusal to deal with over the phone, on one occasion leaving us "on hold" for 40 minutes. It is now 15 Feb and we are still waiting for our refund which has been requested by us and promised by them several times. We will have to consider other action. We wish we had checked these review sites and searched Companies House to look at the accounts before we had proceeded. So we suggest that you consider VERY carefully whether or not you should deal with this company as we would not wish others to share our experiences of dealing with this outfit. I wouldn't leave the shop without the goods in your hands.
