The travel agency through which we booked the stay,( 6 months ago ), also provided the transfer from airport to hotel and return through this company. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was OK, but for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, despite the reconfirmation a day before, at the time of the transfer no one came. I called the emergency number and finally sent an UBER, who didn"t know anything about booking,but who was very kind and we arrived in time to not miss the plane. The price for UBER was half as much as it was paid by us. I do not recommend this company.

I haven't actually travelled with them yet but have my booking in 2 days. My flight has been delayed by 9 hours and the local taxi is fully booked for the revised time. Within minutes of sending Intui an email they organised another transport for me. Great service!!

I booked a people carrier to take my family and I from Antalya airport in Turkey to our hotel. 24 hours before we were due to land they sent me an email to say that the vehicle I had booked was unavailable and they refunded me. It was only by chance that I checked my emails and it was almost impossible to book a transfer at such short notice. I however did manage to after spending 3 hours on the phone to different companies but it cost me twice as much. Intuit said they work on behalf of transfer companies and would only offer an apology, no compensation or the offer to arrange a pick up on the way home courtesy of them. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behaviour and totally unprofessional.

Overall very good, Polite and friendly drivers, both on arrival in Malta also Departure from the hotel back to Malta International Airport. Both journeys were quick, and comfortable vehicles. The drivers on both journeys were polite, friendly and helpful.The price was very good. I would certainly use the firm again, also recommend them to other people. As mentioned to Intui-Travel Services that there was a problem at the time of the initial booking on their web-site, that when entering the Arrival Hotel in the 'Drop Down' screen, it defaulted to my Home Address in the UK, which was picked up by the Transfer Company, who sent me an E Mail in order to Edit the fault. This has been reported back to Intui-Travel Service, who hopefully will look in to the matter THANK YOU

Today at dawn I expected the transfer from Sochi Airport to the Hotel and the Taxi never showed up

Both transfers went very smoothly, without any major problems, although the driver taking us to the hotel had some traffic issues which he managed to overcome.

The transfer from the hotel to the airport was very good indeed.

Didn’t turn up for transfer of 7 of us including children, took 2 months of nagging to get a refund on my deposit.

Had to wait 10mins outside airport being hassled by taxi drivers because our driver was not there. A company rep finally showed up, but then we had to wait 15mins standing around in car park. He said 5min only - and was on his phone on social media, not explaining to us why we were waiting. Driver arrived and put our bags in, and then proceeded to drive like a maniac. Constantly pressing the horn (which we have come to expect, however it was excessive even by Vietnam standards) and also driving very very fast, which made us both sick. Also texting on phone and didn’t seem to be paying attention. We have had some extreme drivers in Vietnam, however this one took the cake. Overall not impressed. Would have been quicker, cheaper and possibly safer to take a taxi.

the transfer was really comfortable, now working only with you, thank you for sending the message about the return transfer to the hotel for the tourist, of course I also sent her an sms. The transfer is organised really well.

Transfers for a family group (2 x mini buses), with 4 infants, was booked and paid from Porto airport to our destination on 27th July 2019. On arrival our transfer was nowhere to be seen, using the literature provided and ringing the local transfer company (Meridan4People) they informed us the booking had been cancelled on 15th July 2019 and informed us intui were going to call us on my mobile telephone. Contacting Meridan4People several times they assured us a telphone call would be forthcoming, as of 9th August I am still awaiting a call?
In the meantime, after an our waiting for the telephone call, the family group used 4 Uber cabs to transfer us to our destination. On arriving at our destination and with access to the Internet we discovered receiving an email informing us of the 15th July cancellation and to arrange our own transfer for which we would be fully refunded, on enquiring as to the transfer back we were informed a refund was been made in full and the whole order/transfer had been cancelled. With having to arrange the transfer back to Porto Airport and the additional cost from the Uber transfers, this left us with additional out of pocket expenses to the tune of 60 euros.
No apology, still awaiting a phone call and response to email request for reimbursement of the additional expenses incurred. We are unimpressed with the level of service and lack of compassion Intui have provided, they have failed badly. My advised would be to book direct with a local company and cut out the middleman Intui.

On a trip to Goa in November the driver didn't wait. I requested pick up time of an hour after land. INTUI in their wisdom scheduled the pick uptime of the landing time and drivers instructed to wait for maximum of one hour. That would be fine if planes disembarked at the landing time but by time they have taxied from the runway to the building etc it can be 25 mins before you get off plane. this gives 35 minutes for immigration visa, iris photograph baggage reclaim and customs plus another 4 long haul flights landing t approximately same time. the long and short is they leave without letting you know they have gone and you then have to make your own way to your hotel.
Why bother booking in first place?
The return journey was also booked and surprise, surprise they did not show . They had my mobile number and the name of the hotel it would be easy to find the number but couldn't be bothered to phone one or the other.
Still waiting for refund they said the delay at airport was my fault but promised to reimburse the no show at hotel but nearly 3 months on and 4 emails later still not seen a penny.

Recently used this service for a transfer while in Bali. Horror show. No-one there to collect me despite confirmation, had to ask the customer help people at the airport to call the driver, who had no idea about the booking, he arrived 20 minutes later, so wasted about an hour mucking around. Do yourself a favour and don't bother, seriously who needs the potential stress of this fiasco coming off a long flight.
