Love my glass bottle so much that I purchased one for my partner, sister and mum. I have received loads of compliments on these bottles. Customer service is quick and efficient and delivery was reasonable considering the current Covid pandemic. Would highly recommend.

I have been using the waterdrop microdrinks for over 6 months now and I'm addicted to them! I love the flavours and the range to choose from. The range of free gifts available to purchase with loyalty points is amazing. Since using them, I've gone from drinking 500ml of water per day to almost 2 litres so they definitely help you drink more water!

Ordered the limited Merry and Suki sets for my partner and myself, having never tried the company before.
Beautiful bottles and I've enjoyed the flavours of microdrinks that came with it. The free bag I got with the purchase feels nice and robust - also reversible!
The only downside is the lid for the Suki bottle has blue/black marks all over it, which I've tried to wipe off but they still remain. It is a matte pale pink, so I imagine it will mark over time, but i was a bit sad it was scuffed already.


I ordered on the 31st Dec and received on the 19th January. Delivery does say 4 - 7 working days but delays are to be expected due to a lot of outside factors.
I contacted customer service after 2 weeks and had a reply the next day (check your spam folder), they said they'd get hold of the shipping partner their end and with in 2-3 days it arrived.

I've put an order in for some more microdrinks and an extra bottle, so looking forward to trialling a few more flavours :)

My experience with waterdrop has been perfect. The products are lovely, the customer service is always brilliant and the response is always quick. And, the offers and ways to earn points are always very generous.

I've been using Waterdrop microdrinks for a few months now, and have tried most of the flavours - there isn't one that I don't like! I'm not a fan of plain water, and since adding Waterdrop to my glass I've managed to drink so much more to ensure I stay hydrated. I love that there's limited editions available, and the loyalty points rewarded are very generous - the free products you can use the points for are such high quality. I would highly recommend this refreshing, tasty microdrink.

Waterdrop is a whole new drinking water experience. The design of the bottles is amazing, the glasses are so cute, the drops; they are the start of the show, making water taste special while getting vitamins and minerals. It's changed the way I look at my daily water intake.
