After 3 years of being a loyal customers and a few thousand dollars later, I'm pissed off and shocked at the horrible customer service. They will not offer free online returns (I asked because most retailers are offering free online returns due to stores being closed b/c of Corona Virus). So I asked them if I could combine my returns from multiple orders and ship back in 1 box so I only have to pay 6.99 and they said "I could do it, but they would charge me 6.99 for each return" !!! WTF is that garbage ! I asked about lowering my monthly payment as well since my new job is being delayed, again because of Corona, and they were SO rude to me over the phone, telling me it's my fault because I keep ordering clothes from them and there's "nothing they can do." These are just my RECENT complaints as I've had issues with them in the past, including being charged double by the sales people and/or sales people returning my items but forgetting to ring them item back to my card. They also won't fix errors over the phone. So I had to drive 2 hours back to the store to fix THEIR mistake. Too bad because I honestly love the style and get lots of compliments whenever I go out wearing Express brand clothes. Once stores open back up, I'm returning the stuff I do not want to keep and cutting up my store card with them. There's hundreds of other shops to find cool, trendy clothes. They need to train their people to be more friendly and less hostile.

I spent at least 600 dollars in express dot com on the clearance section and everything went smoothly. I didn't have anything take more than a week to get to me and it all arrived correctly.I didn't buy everything all at once either so for there to be close to 10 separate packages coming, it wasn't bad.

I order online from express all the time and never had issue, not once. I had to return a jacket before, went to the store they put the money right back on my card and I ordered different size, no problem. Their clothes fits me great, I'm tall and fit, and love their style. Sometimes they sale out quick of product I like in my size but that's understandable. For the quality and style I think the price is accurate.

Shipping is a rip off They dont tell you what your shipping charges will be. I was charged $30 for 3 items. They sent them in three different packages, with two different carriers. How about sending them all together from one carrier and saving the consumer a couple dollars? I will never purchased from Express.com again!!!

Update, 1 week later: Express did contact me and offer me a full refund. Too bad it was such a hassle in the first place. I have updated my review from 2 to 4 stars, as at least I'm not out the money. Original Review: I was happy to use the online order system, searching was fast and easy. However, when I discovered that my shipping address did not match my billing address, I contacted them immediately to change my shipping address. Mere seconds after placing my order, I was told it was "too late" to make any changes. The sale was final, even though I'd never see me shipment. I contacted them again, asking them to cancel the shipment and refund me, but they once again said I'd need to return the package to receive a refund. I guess I'm just out $140, until I dispute this with my credit card.

I'm so sick and tired of your useless app. It continues to stall, logs me out, says things aren't in my cart when they are, fails to update my cart when I try to delete something. Totally annoying and needs to be fixed!!!!

I attempted to return a defective Top I purchased online to a store to avoid the ridiculous $6.99 shipping cost. Unfortunately the store was closed do to the corona virus. I called customer service for a one time free of charge shipping return label and they refused. I am shocked how there is no loyalty to their customers. They make millions of dollars on us and can't provide a one time courtesy. It is not so much the money as it is the treatment of their customers. Never again will I shop there.

Express told me they couldn't cancel my order even after a few seconds after placing it. My order was mistakenly ordered twice so I obviously didn't need the same skirts and shirts twice. It is a terrible policy as an online clothing store to not allow for cancelations of any sort. I am extremely disappointed.

I have lots of classic clothing from Express it never hurts my sensitive skin. I wore a beautiful black pant suit from express to a concert. I loved great exchanges and returns are simple and drama free

Use to love their clothes but after the online shopping experience I had with them I will never shop with them again. IF you are from Canada do not buy anything online. If something goes wrong no one can help you as no one knows anything about international order. Customer service is useless, even the managers are useless. Also watch out because you will be charge a ridiculous amount of duties on your order. Honestly would never recommend this company to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves that they call themselves a company.

I have a ton of pants from express, all size 2s. My last order was for 2 of the SAME pairs of pants: same size, same, color etc, but one was much smaller than the other. I held them up side by side, and sure enough, one was tiny. I called customer service, and they said I had to pay $7 to return THEIR defective item. Their stores are closed, and this is the result of THEIR mistake, yet I have to pay for it? B.S. Then they kept trying to get me to buy ANOTHER pair over the phone promising it would be the right size... but that I'd STILL have to pay $7 extra to send the defective one back. This place has been making their clothes cheaper quality for some time... looks like they've done the same for the customer service. Express, when you're selling pants for 79.99, your customer don't want to play size guessing games, and deserve better service. Get it together.

this was my first time purchasing from express.com. I ordered an item in a specific color which they didn't have available in any of the local Express stores. the merchandise itself was superb and very flattering. I would have given this online merchant a 5 star review.... however, I wasn't too impressed with the mysterious "International Processing Fee" that was added to my order amount. I've never encountered anyyyyyyyyyyy online retail merchant that would charge this unheard of extra fee. Ever. Sure looks like an easy way of charging extra hidden fees to me. Shame on u express.com.

I used to love Express' Portofino tops but lately, it's like they are made of paper. Super thin, and never the same color shown on their website. This is the 3rd time, and it feels deceptive. The quality is also upsetting. The buttons are barely sewn on and there are loose threads everywhere. Also, they mail coupons that never work and they constantly email to post reviews, but then never actually post anything critical. Don't trust their reviews!

My boyfriend received a Jacket for Christmas that was too small so we brought it in to exchange it. He tried on probably every jacket express had and all of them were short, square, baggy, and the sleeves on all of them were too short for his arms. In conclusion if you are tall and skinny don't buy your jackets at express they only tailor to fat short armed folk. None of them were tailored in they were all basically garbage bags with short sleeves. 0/10 buying men's clothes here again.

Ive found some really nice things at Express but cant shop here on a regular basis because they have overreacted prices that are beyond the scope of quality for the merchandise they sell. I now only shop here when in need of something specific and most of the time, its still too expensive.

Express.com promotion on home page was order by 10 am Dec 21 and get it before Christmas: free 2 day shipping. I ordered on Dec 19, shipped Dec 20. YET, item wasn't received till AFTER Christmas on the 27th! It's 2017! POOR impression will be shared all my family.

I ordered a coat for my son for his birthday he recently moved to a colder climate. We received a email with tracking for UPS and a link to the Express shipping page stating that the gift would arrive in a few days. It never arrived, UPS has no record of the tracking number. The coat is now out of stock...so sorry here is your money back the cost is not available. I am so mad, he didn't get his Birthday gift and someone at Express most likely took it from the shipment because it was assigned a tracking number but never left there facility. DO NOT SHOP ST EXPRESS!

Super sexualized music even saying 'f-ing' played in my ears while I needed to call their store 3 times today. And it's Christmas time. Selling sex is obviously part of their business and I find it offensive
