I bought the small customizable bowling trophies for residents at our nursing home who get three strikes in a row in Wii Bowling. I had them engraved with the nursing home name and 'Wii Bowling Turkey Club' They LOVED them and were so excited to show them to their families and other residents. The price was great and they were good quality. I'm very happy with my purchase and will probably be purchasing again.

GREAT!!! Highly recommended. We use Express Medals every year for our annual Special Olympic Sports Banquet. Even on years when we are later ordering the medals and trophies, they still can deliver custom orders in time for the event.

So far the experience was pretty easy. Customer Service representative that I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and kind. I appreciate great customer service in this day and time (2000's) of automation. Thank you.

Checkout was brutal. On the copy billing to delivery it did not copy state. I didn't notice, hit checkout, forced back...have to reenter all password/credit card info....happened again when I did not enter the shipping method.....update so it does not leave the screen and clear the fields if it is not complete.

By far, this was the highest quality fast award order I've ever had. Medals were exactly what I was looking for & within my budget. Order came very quickly in the mail as well. These guys now have a lifetime customer!

Checkout was harder than it needed to be. The form is not clear and after entering all my information it sent me back to the form because the "Date Awards Needed" field wasn't filled in which didn't apply because I was buying sweatshirts, not awards. So I had to re-enter a bunch of information all over again.

I REALLY liked your entire site - everything was so user friendly and your prices are so competitive compared to other places. I can't wait to get our medals! Update: The medals came so FAST and they were beautiful! I'm so glad I bought them here. I plan on fulfilling all of our schools awards needs through your site from now on.

On check out could you call out (make red or bold) any missing fields required to proceed? Could you also possibly grey out the purchase button until those fields are filled in? I missed State the first time and had to reenter payment information, then I missed the shipping option the second time and had to reenter payment information. I doubt I will be charged three times but that thought lingered.

This is the second time I've ordered from Express Medals. The shopping experience is great and their products are exactly as described. I'm pleased with the quality. You cannot beat their prices and the shipping time is amazing. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my order especially since the items I ordered needed to be engraved. Definitely recommend them!

Worst website ever. Broken password link sends email, with a link, which sends the same email, and so on. I tried seven times, thinking I was doing something wrong. Nope - it's your website. I had to create a whole new profile using my husband's info. Not OK! Also, I bought six trophies at approx. $5.50 each. One - at checkout - showed up at $27-ish. The other five (same price) totaled $27, but checkout screen listed two $27 charges. If the total had not been correct, I would have dumped the order and never shopped here again. Lastly, I signed up for email reminders in order to get a lousy 15% discount. I never received the email, code or discount. If I wasn't exhausted from trying to battle your website, I would have ditched the order for your dishonesty there. Second order from you - doubt there will be any more. Fix your website, and do what you say you will do, when promising discounts. No one wants to deal with a shady or dishonest company.

Express Medals were amazing! I received a broken trophy and one misspelling and they replaced it within days no questions asked. I have been using them for several years and will continue to do so in the future!

My shopping experience was good. The only thing I found that needs to be improved is the items need to be editable while in the cart so that everything doesn't have to be re-done if one thing needs to be changed.

The staff at express medals are always so friendly and quick to respond to my emails. They answer ever question and even if I need to add something to my order they always assist me. we have purchased our end of the school year medals from Express Medals.com for numerous years and have always had excellent service. The students love the size of the medals and the inscriptions. It is also very easy to look up what has been ordered in previous years! Great job!

Express Medals website is so easy to use. Their prices are so reasonable and products are so nice. The response time with confirmation and delivery of the product I order is always quick. The medals are such a nice way to show my players their accomplishments from the season. I have been using Express Medals the past few years and will continue in the future.

I have always ordered from you in the past. I usually only need one medal. I appreciate that you used to sell singles. I found it difficult to manipulate your website to engrave the one medal that I really needed when it was mandatory to order two or more. I am only awarding one medal to one student. I guess I will save the second medal for another time.

I have ordered from you several times over the past few years and have always had an easy experience and items have arrived very quickly. This order, I seemed to have a hard time placing the order - had to repeat my request several times. However, the items that I needed came very quickly and am very pleased with the results.
