Purchased 2 Grohe Zedra kitchen faucets. Just installed-one is great, the other leaks. Called Faucet Direct-ZERO help since it’s already been installed. I would not have known it leaked until it was installed. So they pass you off to try and deal with Grohe. His hard would it be to swap it out? I will never order from FD again and I will make sure all my design partners and every customer to never use FD.

I placed my order with FaucetDirect.com on 3/25/11 and received the order complete on 3/30/11. We are building a house so I needed a lot of faucets and fixtures, spent over $900.00. The salesman that I had was very helpful. The website was very easy to use. They also have a great selection and great prices. Would order from them again.

GREAT SERVICE - I bought a toilet tank online for my son's preschool on the evening of the 21st. It left the warehouse on the 22nd and arrived at my house on the 27th (UPS Ground) When I unpacked it, the lid for the porceline tank was cracked in half. I called their customer service line, waited about 1 minute and Vince took care of it. Sent out another full tank (not just the lid) immediately. It would have been better to not have received a broken item, but $%!t happens. Could have gotten damaged in the mail...it is porceline after all. They totally took care of it and I am very happy with their service.

They made an error in the shipping address as I had some items to be delivered to Canada and some to Montana (with free shipping) which I was going to pick up but they had the entire order set to ship to Canada. As they could not get it to Montana in time for their stated shipping deadline they covered all the extra shipping costs They were extremely responsive and Kathleen took care of all the issues and was lovely to deal with. All items were received on time and the bathrub arrived weeks earlier than expected. I would absolutely buy from these folks again. Superbly packed - no problems with the items which included a glass shower enclosure, toilet, faucets, showere system and cast iron bathtub.

I am building a new house and ordered over $2000 in faucets and accessories. The selection and ordering process went fine. The products were shipped to me in four boxes that looked like they were packed by a fourth grader (no offense to fourth graders!) The contents in the shipping boxes were loosely packed and as a result the individual fixture boxes were crushed and parts were loose inside the box.

In addition, when I took an inventory of what was shipped they did not ship two items that I had ordered and paid for. I contacted them and they did ship out the two items they missed -- but it was a hassle and isn't shipping and logistics what they are suppose to be good at?

I did write them an email after the fact to provide feedback on my poor experience and they did nothing.

Overall I had a poor experience. They did not ship two items I ordered and paid for, they did an extremely poor job of packing the items for shipping that resulted in damage to the inside boxes and some contents were loose.

I would not do business with Faucets.direct again. I believe there are better options.

Within an hour of ordering, I had called their customer service, since their website said they only had 2 items in stock. CS was very helpful, told me they still showed 2, then said he'd check the warehouse inventory which showed 1, and told me the warehouse had already allocated 1 to me so it did not show in their inventory as available. They posted tracking information on their website for me, and emailed my receipt about 2 hours later. I clicked on the hotlink tracking number, and it took me to the UPS tracking location. The product left the warehouse within 3 hours according to the UPS tracking info. UPS provided tight tracking for every stage until it was on a truck leaving CA. Then it showed arrival for tranship in IL 5 days later, departure from IL, and finally arrival at my home on exactly the date estimated when ordered (7 days total). The product was exactly what I ordered, well packaged and looks great. Their CS is very responsive and helpful. FaucetDirect had my product on sale for 50percent off, so I was somewhat suspicious. But they were great! I recommend FaucetDirect.com for future purchases based on this experience.

Placed my order for an item that said it was in stock and ships in 2 to 3 days. Five days latter I get an email that it will not ship for 30 days. When I call they said it would be 6 weeks. Told them it still said on their site that is was in stock and would ship in 2 to 3 days. Called three days later and item no longer showed in stock on their site, but they really tried to help me get another item to replace and offered to split expedited shipping to help.

I bought an Herbeau faucet for $994.50 from FaucetDirect. They sent the wrong faucet. I sent it back, they returned it to me saying it was damaged. I never even took it out of the box. Called and the very polite and friendly phone reps, said "no problem, send it back, we'll take care of it." Well they called to say that now the faucet was bent and that I would not get a refund or credit. I am shocked and stunned by this. I cann only think that the piece was damaged either by UPS or in the returns department and that I will take a huge loss.

I ordered everything online and was helped "live chat" by Frankie.
After reading some of the reviews I was concerned that the order would not show up in time for my holidays when I was going to do my bathroom reno.

Everything came very quick with all pieces I ordered and I olive in Canada. Very impressed.

I bought a $300 toilet from Faucet Direct which turned out to NOT be IPC certified. This means that most plumbers will not install it. They refused to give me a refund but did give a store credit. The return was requested slightly over the 30 day refund period. I felt I should have gotten a refund in this case. I am surprised they sell uncertified products at all!

I am now on my third house using faucet direct (faucet direct.com). Their prices are fantastic, which is why I keep coming back. However, I had a tarnishing issue with a brass kitchen faucet that I bought in 2011 (it is now 2016). When I called to order a different faucet, the online sales man informed me that my awesome faucet that I was trying to replace has a 10 year warrantee!!!
Hal from Faucetdirect.com was AMAZING at facilitating the transaction. Seriously, this place rocks. They also price match (as Home Depot sells Kohler toilets, and occasionally has a massive sale). With faucet direct, I do not need to go to the store, lug the item around, and get it home. They are delivered to your door for FREE. No one can touch their prices, and better yet, their service!!!
LOVE this place. HIGHLY recommend!!

I relied heavily on Faucet Direct when I remodeled my bathroom in 2010. For that project I spent over $1000 on fixtures, tub, toilet and accessories. One of the accessories was a Kingston Brass soap dish which was permanently installed in my newly tiled shower wall. To make a long story short, there is no way to secure the ceramic soap dish onto the arm so it has fallen off the arm 2 times since I first purchased it. Both times the soap dish cracked upon hitting my brand new acrylic tub. The second time it nicked the tub.

I contacted Faucet Direct in 2014 and explained what happened. They told me to check with Kingston Brass to see if it was under warranty (KB only warranties faucets.) In addition, the soap dish is not sold without the entire unit so I had to repurchase the entire unit again even though I only needed to replace the ceramic soap dish. In 2014 I again repurchased the entire soap dish unit for $30.52

In 2017, the soap dish dropped out of the arm. I notified Faucet Direct. They told me to take it up with the manufacturer. I told them that customers on their own website have reviewed this product unfavorably because they, like myself, have had their soap dish fall and break. Again, Faucet Direct said there was nothing they could do except sell me yet another unit for a 10% discount but shipping fees would not be waived.

In my opinion, Faucet Direct does not do the right thing for the customer. There are many things they could have done. But there is only one right thing to do and that is to say how sorry they are that a valued customer has to undergo repeatedly bad experiences with an item they continue to market.

They could have responded appropriately by offering to replace the unit with the less expensive acrylic model I was interested in. This would have set them back $18.00 plus shipping. Instead they offered to take $1.80 off the retail price and charge for shipping.

I checked with Amazon and the same item was on sale for $15.00 which included shipping because of my Prime Membership.

I will never again shop Faucet Direct and if I were you, I would look at other options because customer service counts more when you are struggling with situations like this than it does when you are spending money upfront and they are delighted to help you spend it.

I was a little hesitant to purchase from Faucet Direct due to the rating on this website, however according to the Google Shops ratings they had a pretty good reputation. So I gave them a shot, and I am glad I did. I did not place my order on their website, but gave them a call and they placed it for me. They did not have the item in stock, so they checked with a couple of vendors and found one who did have it in stock. Great Customer Service. I received my sink in about 9 days. I will definitely order from again.

Placed a large order for a tub, toilet, sink, faucets, drains etc. Local distributor told me it would take 4 weeks to get the tub delivered. I placed the order with Faucet Direct and they shipped two days later. A friendly trucker wheeled the tub up my driveway and into my garage a few days later. Other items came from three different warehouses around the country, all arrived well packaged (larger items strapped to pallets). I placed my order via phone for live stock info and to double check item compatibility. Sales staff was knowledgeable about products. Seemed like a plumber. I have no experience with returns as everything arrived in good shape. Placed a 2nd order for valves and an electric fixture with a similar result.

Our multiple item order took some 2 months to arrive. When we initially ordered the items, there was no notification of any back-orders. We received this notice a little late... a week later. When we called, we were told they would "check on it." Over the course of the next several months, they kept issuing ship dates that came and went. We eventually got most of our items. After 2 months, we called and our order had been placed on eternal hold for some reason. Finally, the issue was resolved and the remaining items sent. Unfortunately, the toilet was badly broken. In the end, after much frustration, they finally came through and rushed a new toilet to us. I won't use this site again.

Have ordered two or three times for new shower faucets and valves.
Never had one problem.
Each time has been extremely fast shipping.
I've never had to deal with customer service. Sorry to see their reviews are so low - I never bothered to check.
A great experience for me, though.

I ordered a Kohler faucet and matching soap dispenser and was pleasantly surprised to get free 7 to 9 day delivery. I was amazed when my order arrived in only 2 days. I also received several emails from them in that time. The first confirmed my order, the second 30 minutes later notified me that my order had been sent to their warehouse, 8 hours later I got a shipping notice with tracking numbers. Today, after my order arrived, an email arrived telling me that they had been notified that my order had been delivered and asking me to notify them if it had not or if there were any problems with the products. WOW, I have never received such fast service and so many emails from any other on line merchant. Oh, and I also saved about $100 over a local store. I would definitely do business with them again.

I purchased two orders from this website. The first order arrived. My contractor opened to install, had two missing screws which I am ok. The second orders had five items. As of now, Dec 13, 2010

Designers Fountain 6452-CH came with two different bulb glass cover. Either it was used, or someone else broke and replaced with a wrong one.

DreamLine DLVHD-ACC-D1-BN. It is supposed to be DreamLine, but Kraus (a much cheaper brand) is received. The box says right number, but item inside is wrong.

Thomas Lighting SL7581 is not shipped yet!

overall, the website says (except the last item) ships within 24 hours, but it took me a couple weeks to receive it.

I will call customer service tomorrow first thing.

A very unhappy customer.
