Fenwicks in Brent Cross are the most helpful business I have ever come across. Especially in their evening wear section. They helped my mum with an amazing outfit for my brother’s wedding. They ordered a new outfit for her direct from the designer within a few days.

I would just like leave a review for a lovely girl who served me called vic Anderson! She works on the Charlotte tilbury counter. She was absolutely fabulous nothing was to much she made my first visit memorable. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone visiting this counter. I was looking to try their foundation out. She advised me on what would suit my skin type . Let me tell you she knew exactly what was best for me and I love it. Will only now shop with her. Thank you so much Karen

Three of us went to Fenwicks in Bond Street to buy wedding hats, and Mr Tony who served us was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with us all in deciding which ones to choose, and we ended up being there for nearly 2 hours! we all bought hats but without him and his experience we wouldn't have enjoyed it so much. thank you

We were purchasing a saucepan set and the store did not have any on display. The lady checked the stocks and said there would be one out the back. Unfortunately it could not be found so she offered the display one at a discounted price. I was very impressed with this as I thought this was very intuitive of her and her manner was so pleasant. Terrible customer service and unreliable delivery of online purchases - items never arrived and Fenwick refused to refund. I tried this company for the first time and regret buying from them. My products were not delivered. I contacted the company several times and was told each time that they would look into the issue. I never heard back and after contacting them for the 4th time, I have been told that the items were delivered to a different address and they are refusing to look into it any further.

I had extremely good service yesterday when I shopped at our Colchester branch of Fenwick. I particularly like the Masai brand and the sales assistant called Karen is extremely helpful and professional. She is also very friendly and welcoming and a credit to your company.

Yesterday, I visited the Fenwick store in Colchester, and was served by George, who I found to be polite, professional, very knowledgable about the products and very helpful.

ordered a 6 piece dinning suite was supposed to take 3 moths to arrive. took 5 months. when it did come it was scratched badly and came with the wrong chairs. management refused to take off a discount on the scratched table. and it was going to take months for the new chairs to arrive. decided it was best to take back all the money paid and RUN!

Upon Christmas Eve 2019, 1 minute before closing, I asked for all my late Christmas Presents to be wrapped. Nabiilah (Assistant) did not hesitate or complain in assisting my dilemma. With a Warm Smile and excellent customer service, Nabiilah wrapped all 4 Items with excellent presentation and due care. I've left it rather late to say Thank You for what you did for me, I.ve never forgotten the great customer service and the fact you worked over time and could easily have refused my order. Thank You again
