Really superb customer service. Very fast and helpful!!

I found Figure to be Excellent! Everyone on the team was well-informed, knew the product and worked cooperatively with the next person in order to get the transaction to the finish line. Besides that, everyone that I have spoken and worked with had a laid back and friendly manner towards me while being extremely professional. I thank everyone for everything!

The application was quick and easy. Loan closed within 45 days at the rate promised. Their fees were lower than 2 competitors I researched. I think it would have been even faster / smoother if we weren't all dealing with a global pandemic. I heard rumors that many lenders are at 60 days or worse for re-fis due to COVID-19. Highly recommend.

I applied for a loan at my bank and they kept asking for more and more documents. I contacted Figure by phone and was approved day 1 and closed day 2 all online. Perfect and so is the customer service. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic rates and they make it so easy to refinance compared to other companies.

Made a poor financial decision choosing Figure. They advertise a HELOC but it's not a true HELOC. You pay all fees upfront. Genius on their part. When you pay off the loan early, you cannot access your original LOC amount like you can with a credit union or traditional bank. This is the gotcha. No flexibility and you're held hostage with a lien on your home for the original loan amount. Unlike a traditional HELOC this financial product is a bait and switch one. Extremely disappointed when a service representative told me this "confusion" on HELOC types happens often with other customers. While fabulous service, their truth in lending practices are kind of scam-y in retrospect. Now I have to bank wire about ~$100 on top of all the fees originally paid to officially close the account and remove the lien on my home...again, for the original amount though I can't have access to it if I keep the HELOC open! The quick service and polished marketing is the red flag.

During the loan application process up to the e-notary signing, everyone involved acted very professionally. They were very cooperative, answered our questions and during the e-notary process we encountered a few glitches, which were eventually overcome.
PS: We will reread the respective disclosures and call Figure with any questions, which might come up, and if we are still satisfied, we will move forward. Thank you.

Ease of application and refi process were awesome. Clarity of offer was very easy to understand. Customer service process when calling in with questions (I probably called in 6 or so times during my refi application) was good. The customer service team is friendly and professional- while being fairly bound to the technology running the offers presented to borrowers. For example, I was a good way along in my application when for some reason my paystubs were uploading into the system incorrectly making me unable to proceed. When I called in, the ultimate solution was to simply start a new application and see if the glitch happened again. While starting over didn't take long at all, the offer did change from a 2.75% 30yr refi to a 3.0%- still a great offer, but a little strange that an offer would change same day. When I called in to ask what had changed, I was told the system generated offers changed even hourly and there wasn't anything they could do regarding the change. Had the rates not still been so amazing, this may had been a breaking point for me to shop elsewhere. Again, friendly and professional customer service each time I called in and spoke with a number of different folks. Not as "hands on" as other in person mortgage experiences with a loan officer etc but the trade off in this case was worth overall speed/efficiency and the technology.

My experience with Figure has been incredibly easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend them for your loan needs. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Figure is one of those rare companies that excels at customer service. They are efficient and I’ve never had to wait on hold for long. I always have a positive experience when I have dealt with them. They offer an online service with a personal touch.

Keep getting run around. Set up autopayment but am not receiving discount, also they only accept ACH payment and have not provided my employer with their ACH info to take advantage of a tuition benefit offered by my employer. Very frustrated.

I had never gotten a HELOC before on a house that did not have a first mortgage. I wasn’t even sure it was possible! But Figure walked me through the entire process and make it easy. No going to banks, getting an outside notary, running around to provide paperwork. It was all done in house. So easy. I started on a Sunday night and had my money the next Monday. What more can you ask for?

The process was simple and approval was quick. Customer service was excellent. This was the least stressful loan process that I have ever endured. I would recommend Figure to anyone who needed a home equity loan with no hassle.
