I recently decided to build a private gym in my home. I had no idea where to start but luckily Jesse Eatevez was able to help me out an guide me through the whole process. He spent hours on the phone with me explaining the details and benefits of each machine. I could not have asked for better service, he was able to get me commercial equipment (the kind you see in gyms, which to my surprise can cost up to $10k for just one treadmill ) for a quarter of the price and they even back up all their equipment with life time warranties. Wow!. After several calls to different companies shopping around for price I knew fitnessblowout was the way to go.

We bought three pieces of equipment four to five years ago.Now needing a couple of parts due to normal wear.Thought that we might have trouble finding parts due to the age of equipment .Was very pleased to find out that they still have the parts in stock and would replace them free of charge.Thank you Dave and Augustine

I wanted to buy a treadmill, but wasn't sure what to get because of my artificial knees...the staff was, first, very helpful online with a live chat and them when I called to order, more than helpful with picking out a machine that would be safe for my knees. I highly recommend Fitness blowout.com if you aren't sure what you should get.

I bought from them an elliptical machine in spring 2014 ,I machine arrived totally damaged ,all though the packing with in good condition , the machine inside arrived with Broken arm ,wires sticking out in every side , and the engine is broken . It has been almost a year , many emails , so many calls , I got nothing but promises to send another one or at least fix it .these guys sent me an unusable machine .
It would be insane for anyone out there to give them your money and get the worst equipment and service I have ever experienced in my fitness profession life and that's more thsn20 years .

Avoid this business ,over 60 better business burea complaints in 12 months ,only positive reviews are right after purchase prior to receiving order , over priced used non functioning equipment on many reviews . They have you click on fine print poor business practice agreements to prevent you from canceling order after you find out they are not a legitimate online retailer . After trying to cancel ,they threaten restocking and shipping fees ,harassing phone calls , if legite retailer would immediate cancel and refund money. But they are scammers had to file visa dispute to get money back full refund after 2 months.

Ive been in the market for an elliptical and they one i sought sought out is a commercial model usually found in higher end health clubs. It retails for about $7000 brand new which was oout of my budget so i began to look for a used model. i searched online and found fitness blowout. before i decided to drop any amount of money with a company i have not heard of before i did some research first. i read lots of reviews and called around to price compare and to get a feel for the company i was going to make this large purchase with. i am doing this because i plan to order more equipment for a home gym i am building after my tax return comes in. i began to call around and i wanted to know intricate details of these company;'s operations and logistics. i found that most everywhere, i called, i got treated like a nobody. no one was willing to talk to me unless i was telling them i wanted to buy right at that instant. even after explaining my reasons for wanting to know certain details was clearly to just to feel at ease with such a large transaction online, i still got reject and promised call back from managers that never came. this however was not at all my experience with fitnessblowout. i called and spoke to very friendly girl named Casandra. she took my information and transferred me to israel. HE was awesome. he was able to answer all my question about the machine in question and provided a lot of helpful information about their operations. He was unable to answer some of my questions but he did what i was expecting all the other companies to do... get the person on the phone for me who had those answers. in this case, it was Augustine, the Director of Operations, Augustine was very friendly and understanding of my apprehension. he said that he once went through a similar process in buying a large ticket item online and he knew what i was going throught. we spoke for about 30 minutes on the phone and i was not even a customer yet. he gave me the complete run down and some history on the owner of the company. he explained that they've all been on a mission to not only be the best at what they do, but to also genuinly help people with their fitness goals. he told me that he's an avid surfer, hiker, cyclist, skater, runner and all around active person. he told me how the owner has a deep passion for fitness himself which is why he only hires personal trainers to be their sales men. they believe that having persons well versed in fitness and working are the best at being to consult with customers on their needs and wants and work that into their budget. Augustine surprised me by getting the VP on the phone, steve to introduce himself. we all three spent some time on the phone then Steve let us after a few minutes. i was very impressed by the way i was treated and felt very comfortable ordering from a company that was so transparent and willing to take time with someone who wasn't necessarily a customer... yet. i dont have to tell you that i did end up purchasing from Israel and I will be calling him back when my tax return comes in. i look forward to dealing with them again very soon. Contacted Fitness blowout to obtain a replacement safety key for a treadmill purchased about four years ago. It was lost through no fault of Fitness blowout, but they said they would send a replacement at no cost to us. Amanda and Anthony were very nice and helpful towards resolving this dilemma.

I work for a Community College in Northern California, we were having trouble buying 3 spin bikes within our $3,000 grant budget. I talked To Jim Rosen and he made it work for us. We have ordered 3 bikes that were slightly above budget, but Jim made it happen for us within budget! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fitness Blowout to anyone looking to make a purchase for their home gym, health club or college fitness center and/or class rooms. Jim and his staff went above and beyond. I realized, after the fact, that another order I placed for the Disabled Student Services Program's Adaptive PE was also from Fitness Blowout! And I had an excellent experience with Ismael also. I spent an entire Saturday calling online fitness companies in the process of shopping for a treadmill. I honestly must have called up to 30 companies trying to get any kind of thoughtful insight from any of them on what treadmill would be ideal for my family. Sadly, most of the representatives of these various companies I spoke with knew less about the machines then I did, and didn't appear qualified in my view to even make a recommendation to me. Fortunately, I came across a company called Fitness Blowout and spoke to a gentlemen name Steve who I later learned was the manager there. In a nutshell, I had FINALLY found an individual AND company worthy of my business. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took me through the wide variety of models they have till we settled on Freemotion treadmill I most liked. I spoke with him a few times over several days before finally committing to make the purchase. He probably spent in excess of three plus hours of his time working with me. He was always patient, professional and courteous through the entire process. I can't say enough about how impressed I was dealing with someone like him compared to all the countless others I went through before finding Fitness Blowout...along with Steve. My treadmill arrived in the time frame they gave which was also good to see, and the assembly of it was not difficult...even for me?! I give Fitness Blowout an A+ from beginning to end and will look forward to buying additional fitness equipment from them (Steve) in the near future.

I am very happy with the treadmill i bought a while ago and after many years of using it, it still works as good as new.

I ordered some strength equipment and was quoted 14 business days and it arrived on time. I couldn't be happier. Super fantastic awesome!

I recently moved and needed a simple replacement part that was lost during the move. Amanda and the team were very helpful and receptive to my request. I received a response within a day informing me that my replacement would be sent promptly and free of charge for this particular part.

I ordered a Stamina Pilates, fitness box, and Magic Circle in August. When it was finally delivered it did not include the Magic circle. It is now November 19, 2013 and though customer service (which should be customer ignore, or customer I hope quits bugging us dept.) keeps promising that it will arrive "next week" but as yet has not and now they have quit answering my calls.

Update: Last night I got a call From Jim (owner.) he understood my concerns and we worked out a solution to my problem, he was a gentleman and my overview of Fitness Blowout has taken a different view, one for the positive! Jim made the difference in my thoughts, thank you for help!

A frame part broke and they claim it's not frame related since their 100% Lifetime Warranty (Joke!!) only covers frame and magnetic drive systems. This part bolts on and holds a fly wheel.
The response was "It is removable, it is not part of the frame." Ok, even the "frame" parts can be removed it didn't come as one big piece!

The biggest joke it appears that the original part was flawed and they want $76.64 for the part, but wait it gets worse..$29.00 to ship it weights like nothing could be ship for under $10.00.

They saved me almost $1000 on a new machine for my mom with out having to hassle with a shady sales person and even gave me a one year price guarantee.

The safety key to my treadmill that I purchased in 2008 was broken by movers this summer. I finally got around to calling customer service and spoke with David. He immediately checked the warehouse and found that it was in stock. It will be in the mail to me right away. What a quick call and wonderful service. So glad I purchased through this company.

I needed to order a replacement safety key for one of my treadmills that was originally purchased through Fitness Blowout. I called Fitness Blowout and they were able to send me a new security key free of charge!

I ordered from Fitnessblowout years ago and finally needed a new machine. Because I run races I use my treadmill a lot. Well it finally crapped out on me after 5 years of use. Pleased by my first experience I decided to call again and order another piece from them. They gave me a 25% discount. I couldn't be happier!

My husband bought this elliptical for my Christmas present. it is supposed to arrive from 14 - 20 days. It arrives 4 weeks later. Every time that we called to check the status, they never answers until someone for sales department told us that customer service works until 3:00 pm CT . One that they answer (25 min later every time If I was lucky) they apologize for the delay and told us than in a week I'll have the product. That didn't happen. Now that we know that the service is not good and that if it happened just with the shipping what will happen if we request warranty?
We wanted to return the product but guess what we have to pay shipping of $700 (the free shipping when they sell them to you plus the shipping to return it) and after that we have to pay also the package of warranty , so basically I have to keep it because economically it is more easy.
When they were selling the product, they never mention this aspects, they just tell you how fantastic is the service. So I feel that this is a scam, they tell you a pretty history to sell and the reality is that you got stock with the product even if they mentioned that you can return it in 60 days if you don't like it, never pointing out that you will have to pay $700 of shipping plus extra costs.

I have used my elliptical almost every day since I purchased it in 2009. It is gym quality. Very well built. I have had no trouble with it. It is quiet so that I can watch television while I workout. I bought it direct from the manufacturer so it was less expensive than buying it retail. I recommend it.
