I had a very good experience with Fletcher Longstaff. They are by far the best conveyancing firm I've dealt with after buying and selling two properties with different solicitors. The great thing is that they keep you informed of progress along the way and it's easy to get hold of someone if you have a query. They always ring back promptly. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The service provided by Astasia Campbell and Jake Smith of Fletcher Longstaff could only be described as excellent. Both were extremely professional and friendly. They were always available when we needed to discuss anything, constantly reassuring and made a very difficult time much easier to cope with. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would certainly use them again. Thank you so very much for everything.

Charlotte at Fletcher Longstaff made us feel like she was working exclusively on our case. She was strikingly efficient in processing all our legal matters and remained completely engaged in both our flat purchase and with the switch to a buy-to-let mortgage on our existing property. She explained all the complexities of our transaction and chased all the various parties involved and kept us continuously informed of our position in both matters. We recieved helpful email responses very quickly and Charlotte always picked up the phone on her direct line and answered all our questions pleasantly and without rush. We highly recommend Flecthcer Longstaff and would definielty use them again. We recieved an excellent service.

The vendors requested that we complete in 28 days. The team at Fletcher Longstaff were more efficient than the vendors solicitors, meeting all requirements efficiently and with an s as approachable friendliness. We were ready to complete well before the vendors solicitor.

Edward and the team at Fletcher Longstaff made the entire process of purchasing my first property extremely easy.

Far too many people you speak to, when asked how their solicitor / conveyancer was with a purchase, found their experiences weren't satisfactory. This is absolutely not the case here.

Only stumbled across this company as a result of Trustpilot reviews, and would happily use them again without hesitation.

We have just completed on a long, protracted house purchase involving our original buyer pulling out, an eventual five house chain, and incorrect land registry entries. Throughout, Laura and Edward at Fletcher Longstaff have been excellent: efficient and easy to get hold of on the phone or by email. Almost everything was done online, with virtually no documents exchanged by post, which helped considerably too.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Fletcher Longstaff.

I just used Fletcher Longstaff for my conveyancing on my first home and I am super impressed with their service! The team are very friendly and personable; our account handler, Adam, in particular was always responsive and on hand to help out with updates and queries, whether it was on email, phone or the app.

Their app is excellent; we were able to do all of our conveyancing without ever needing to go into their office in Lincoln. You are updated on the progress of your property sale through the app and can access everything all in one place.

If you need conveyancing then don't look any further than Fletcher Longstaff! They also operate a 'no sale no fee' policy so there really isn't any reason not to use them.

A massive thank you to the team!

After two properties falling through and succeeding on the third, FL were extremely helpful throughout the whole process (over a year). With great knowledge and sticking to their guns Astasia helped us resolve an issue that potentially could have caused us to withdraw our offer. I was able to get in touch with Astasia or any other members whenever i needed to and with the electronic signing procedures on the FL app we swiftly proceeded through the process. A Pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

This is the second time that Fletcher Longstaff have acted as conveyancers for us and once again, their service has been absolutely first rate. They guided us through the process of purchasing our home calmly and professionally. They have been incredibly responsive to all communications, demonstrated patience with all of our questions and kept their eye on the detail throughout.
