Couldn't find this item anywhere and Food Service Direct had it! Ordering was easy and shipping was relatively fast. They seemed to have a wide range of what I was also shopping for. Will definitely be buying from them again. Food Service Direct is legit!

I've received 4 (soon to be 5!!) Shipments from FoodServiceDirect.com. The frozen foods arrived perfect and I even got to do some science experiments with the left over dry ice! It's great to have a one stop shop like this, especially now when some resources are scarce. Don't let the negative reviews scare you off, most people only go to the internet to complain nowadays.......

I receive my package from Food service direct within 3 days if not sooner. The delivery was great, and the only thing that did not happen was the delivery man never ran my doorbell. Other than that, the product was great, and I am enjoying it.

I placed an order from Food Service Direct, and was very pleased with the product, and the delivery time! The item was received within 2-3 days and the only not so great comment would be to say the delivery driver did not ring my doorbell, but that is no fault of the company at all. I will be ordering from them again.

Great Company. They have been a real life savor during the pandemic, by shipping all my favorite foods straight to my door. One time and case of soup cans arrived damaged, so I called customer service and they made sure I was refunded for the damaged items in my order. Super kind customer service and overall painless and easy experience working with the company. I will be ordering all my food products from them in the future. I love this company!!!

I've received several orders from FoodServiceDirect in the past, and I've consistently been pleased with the quality and the shipping speed. Plus, their customer service team is a breeze to work with - very knowledgable and friendly!

Once I removed the filter that sent their confirmation email to my spam folder, every email notification after was received with no issue. There was a small UPS delay (not their fault) but customer service was awesome during these uncertain times and I will suerly continue to do business with them.

I've had nothing but a great experience with Foodservicedirect. I've spoken to a few of the customer service agents and they have all been very polite and helpful. I don't shop online very much but this website was very easy to use when I was ready to make the purchase. The item I needed I couldn't find locally so I went online and they actually had a case of it so I decided I would use the others as gifts. I just had a quick question about the date which unfortunately they didn't have but they did know that this had a long shelf life so I decided to take my chances. I order some specialty items that I can't find from Food Service Direct. Shipping is decently fast, and prices vary, but overall happy with the service! I even got some free markers in an order which was a nice surprise.

I love the Love the Caramel Apple Blossom Dessert, the first time I had them, I went on the internet to see where I could purchase them without going to the restaurant, once I found your store online, I purchased a box of 34, they arrived in great time, very carefully packed, un-damaged, and still frozen. I put one in the oven for about 15 minutes on very low, let it set for a few more minutes to cool and it had my kitchen smelling so good, my stomach was bitting at my backbone and mouth watered and puckered as if I had just bit into a lemon... I could not wait any longer, I got a bowl of French Vanilla Ice Cream and OH MY GOD!! That fresh taste of a home made baked, better than Apple Pie, freshly churned butter coupled with the apples cinnamon and caramel, sent my tastebuds into another stratosphere... in short, they are Heavenly!!! They go well with any meal, from High Class Presidential affairs to enjoying a simple home cooked meal good or bad, if the meal is bad, it will definitely make you forget it.

No help on direct call no returned call from several messages also I wanted to buy 3 cases system would only allow me 1 very frustrating
