I sent scans of two of my colored pencil drawings to Fracture to have them printed on glass. I received them yesterday and was really excited as I was lifting the lid on the box...the images were so beautiful printed on glass! Fracture did an amazing job...the images printed on glass look absolutely beautiful!!! I will definitely be using their service again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Thank you so much to the Fracture Team for doing such a wonderful job making my drawings pop so beautifully on glass!

My daughter received her picture and loved it. She just sat there looking at it and cried. She said she has her babies (babies at the age of 22 yrs & 18 yrs now) back with her. All her girls pictures were lost in a flood but now she has them back in one Fracture Glass Photo. Thank you so much for the great work and very fast delivery.

I had never ordered from Fracture, but had seen the commercials and thought it would be a cool family gift idea in honor of our parents. My whole experience has been awesome to say the least from the start. Everything from the online support help I received on day 1 from Jackson, to the quick turnaround in receiving my order. I will definitely place more orders in the future, as we are thoroughly pleased with the pictures, they are just beautiful! pictures tell our story. They keeps our memories alive especially in times where families face hard times where loved ones are loosing those precious memories. This product is absolutely beautiful. I bought mine for my husband whose birthday is coming up soon. I want as many memories around him to keep them alive in his mind. The first photo came damaged but Tyler was on the job immediately making it right so it would be done in time for his birthday. It was so awesome I already ordered another one.

They shipped the glass pictures in a cardboard box without any packaging material. Absolutely insane. If they have a phone number I could not find it on their site. Sent an email with pictures and two days later no response. No excuses for the shipping of lack of response to my email.

The company Clearly states that the pictures are printed on glass, that is a complete lie. The pictures are regular Walmart quality prints glued to glass. You can do a better job yourself by going to an arts and craft store. A total waste of money. I would send it back but I think it would be a further waste of my time and I would be without the pictures and my money.

We had an article that was written about us with a picture of my husband and I. We had never tried Fracture before but thought we'd try it. My submission was a photo taken with a phone camera. It was such a beautiful photo of an aging dog that I love so much, even if he isn't mine. I wanted to have this picture to give to a friend for their birthday. I received it a couple of days ago and just loved the quality. I was concerned enlarging get it would lose definition but it did not. I am so pleased and will use them again. I included a photo but didn't want to completely unwrap it as I plan on wrapping it in the box it came.

I received my order from Fracture & it was all that I expected it to be!! I was thrilled with the quality of the prints & will definitely order from them again. I would highly recommend them for any glass prints you are wanting. I will be honest, I was a little worried about the shipping process but they were packaged great for shipping!! We ordered 2 family pictures from fractureme in Dec-19, they never arrived after the fracture kids behind their phones stalled, miss placed then, admittied losing our PRE-PAID ORDERS. It is late January and no show from Fracture.indeed this company is busted. Take heed of corrupt children playing the role of adults as they are not worthy.

We decided to go with Fracture for our wedding photo and it is truly amazing!. The picture is perfect and we've put it on our wall in plain viewing site. The Fracture support has been fantastic. They were very quick to reply and accommodate all of our mounting needs. Shipping was fast and easy. They are the most helpful online retailer we have used. Have ordered from Fracture twice in the past and love the prints on glass. This time I ordered two pictures in different sizes. When the delivery arrived it looked like the box had been mangled and taped back together during shipment. The smaller print was fine, but the larger one was completely shattered. Emailed Adam in customer service and sent along a few pics of the damaged shipping box. Not only did he rush the replacement he even had it delivered overnight to make up for the inconvenience. Great customer service!

It was a rough start, during the early Covid19 logistics problems, but the TOTAL Fracture Team, with EllieClaire, made it through with flying colors ! I found Fracture on CNN Sirius radio and ordered six photos. Their service was great. Unfortunately one of the photos I chose did not meet up to my wife's expectations. In other words she hated the photo. I sent a different photo to Fracture with her approval and told Fracture of my experience. They completely understood and refunded me for the bad photo originally made and also did not charge me for shipping or any other charges, It is nice to see a company that is truly customer service oriented these days. I wanted a copy of an oil painting my father did in 1956. My nephew took a very good digital picture, and I ordered it from Fracture. It is exactly as I expected - just perfect! Yes, it is a copy of a painting on glass, a copy of something that looks identical to the actual painting. It is perfect. I would like to add that the shipping was extremely secure. I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase!

This company went above and beyond for me when my grandmother passed away. I ordered a Fracture picture of her as a surprise for my mother, and I over-edited the colors. Also, I had ordered it too big. I asked for a color-corrected and smaller replacement. Not only did Fracture team member Adam replace it, he included the price of the shipping in sending it to me because I'd ordered a smaller size! He didn't have to do that. The Fracture of my Grandmother is beautiful and won't fade away like a gift of flowers would have. Thank you Adam and company!
