To be fair I only used fresh start because I had no choice four years ago. I thought they would rip me off because of the position I was in, but I have been very surprised! They have reasonable prices, are efficient and I have been more than happy with them, thanks

Have recently renewed our house insurance and once again have found "Fresh Start" provides an excellent value for money rate with helpful paperwork and much appreciated friendly personal service. We certainly intend to remain loyal "Fresh Start" customers for the foreseeable future!

I've been a customer of this company, now, for many years. Through circumstances outside of my control, I am no longer considered a "mainstream" insurance customer and thus require a specialist broker.

Fresh Start are very efficient, polite and professional and seem to work in the customer's best interests - even in the event of a claim (which we had a few years back). Price has always been very competitive, and their service excellent.

Very disappointed when my existing insurer refused to insure me because of helping a relative out after paying his debt to society! Fresh start got me insurance the same day with minimal fuss! Increased premium but not too expensive!

I received notification of my first payment 3 days after the payment was supposed to come out. Now nothing has happened as a result.

I can only answer about paying in process and delivering me information because I have never had need to make claim before, therefore I will not put 5 Stars however they are very helpful with advice and many things and friendly service and always dealing with the same person which I like to do

My experience previously has been very positive however having made an enquiry about a potential claim last november in disappointed in time it has taken to conclude and is still outstanding

I received my renewal notice and on the same day had a water leak in the house. I phoned and was given the number to phone re claims and within a few hours a local loss adjuster telephoned and was able to speak with the plumber who was locating the leak. Subsequent drying of our property was enabled and I am now awaiting a call from a local restoration firm so that my 4 affected rooms can be repaired and redecorated. Excellent customer care and service. Thank you.

Telephone and email enquiries regarding an initial home insurance policy and two annual renewals have been dealt with promptly and politely. Purchase of policies has been straightforward and the accompanying details have been clear. The premiums are very competitive compared to quotes from other companies in this sector of the market. I would recommend Fresh Start to anyone in need of this specialist insurance.
