Hi,
They were prompt in organizing and keeping me informed of the delivery.

After 4 weeks when I told them that I didn't receive my order, they were very kind in asking me whether I prefer a refund or a resend of the items.

Upon my request, they have advised me of resending my order without any queries.

Although I haven't received the items yet, I am very happy with the overall dealings.

Thought I was purchasing from Australia as I new international delivery would be slow. Nevertheless, I thought a purchase on the 6th of April would have arrived before the the 7th of May especially when the tracking had it at the USPS Miami international site on the 10th of April. On top that I can't seem to find a way to communicate without a phone call on UK Time.

Sorry to sound a bit vague about the whole transaction, but if this is the Elf on the Shelf we have been waiting for, we are still waiting to receive it. I realize the Covid 19 deal has had an impact, but can't really rate Fruggo until the Elf arrives...

Extremely bad customer service, been over a month since I placed my order and try to contact them and all I get is an automated response every time, I doubt I will ever use this company again, I will be reporting to authorities

It took this bad review to get a response which I believe is another automated response, still no feed back from this company.
Stand clear of them
