Quality product. Tempered glass guard didnt hold up to abuse by my toddler so ordered free replacement and just paid for shipping. Took close to a month to receive in Canada which was a bit of a pain considering it still cost $10 for shipping. Not the easiest to install myself as I had it done by Roger's Wireless when I initially purchased the phone but not as difficult to apply as some others.

Install video did not match the layers of the packaged screen protector. Install failed and screen protector 'chipped' near camera opening. Ordered a replacement - for another $10 shipping. Maybe a second try will be better. Also, the registration process seemed detached from sales. I ordered the product directly from Gadget Guard. They asked for a copy of the sales receipt, what type of phone, etc. All this info should have been readily available. Frustrating.

I ordered two screen replacements, for my and my wife's phone. One processed right away and I received it, the other is still stuck as "processing" for over a week. With the COVID-19 thing going, I am okay with some delays, but I haven't heard anything at all on what is happening with the second screen protector and why it is still in processing. I would appreciate at least some response and status on the order.

I love Gadget Guard. This company really stands behind their products. I am a professional artist and am constantly trying to handle my phone with either paint on my hands or gloves on... and I drop it frequently. It takes a lot to get this thing to crack, but every once in a great while it happens, and Gadget Guard has risen to the occasion each time, and sent me a new glass cover with no hassle whatsoever!! Thank you so much!!!

Received product in a timely matter. Had these protector screens on my previous phones. Easy application, got bubbles due to lint, use tape provided to remove and there you have a perfect install. I've tried other less expensive brands thinking to save money and always had issues (deficiencies, edges not sticking) and looking at your phone everyday it's well worth the price!

I went through 3 or 4 screen protectors from Amazon that all popped off as soon as I put on my case, and checked multiple stores that were out of stock before finding Gadget Guard. The screen protector fits and works perfectly and installation was quick and easy. Relief to find a quality product after so many disappointments.

I have had to replace my Gadget Guard screen protector after dropping my phone from four feet onto concrete. It protected my screen on a number of occasions. Their warranty is exceptional with free replacement.

Lost my phone while riding my bike. Used iPhone finder and found it in the street screen side down. (Phone also had otterbox symmetry case) The screen was bulged cracked and shattered. Looked like it had been run over my a car. When I peeled off the gadget guard screen protector, I was expecting the whole iPhone screen to come off as well. But it was in perfect shape besides a few scratches on the edge. Replacement screen didn't come with plastic piece (plugs into charging port) that allows you to perfectly center screen guard, that was the only downside.

l was impressed with the Customer Service of this company. I expressed my issue in an on-line chat with a Cust. Rep, and she was so helpful. She did not grill me as if l was at fault. She took my address, my downloaded copy of a receipt, and next thing l see, it was in the mail right away. Maybe, this company needs to give some seminars to some of this other companies out there who need Cust. Service advice!!! Great service. .Thanks!

I always love your products and the lifetime warranty. I had it on my previous phone and now on my current phone. This new one was extremely difficult to put on. The instructions were confusing. I finally got it on, but it's not aligned perfectly but it will suffice for now.

I love gadget guard screen protectors, I've been buying them since the S6. However this time I ordered thus new protector and it looks different so after watching the how to install video I realized my package didn't include the correct adapter for proper installation. I am currently waiting on a response from gadget guard on how to resolve this before I mess up affixing a 60 dollar screen protector. Hopefully they can send me the proper installation tools.

The screensaver would not stick to the entire cover of my phone. It could possibly be because I have a curved screen. Both edges from top to bottom about a quarter inch in would not stick. I will not order another one. It was like this on the last one I had as well. You can see the shades edge on the left side.

I received my replacement screen protector in a speedy manner. In took it to my cell phone store as they originally put the original one on my phone when it was new. While Iit was marked as being for the correct phone, it was a little too large for my screen. The store had the correct protector there and graciously offered to put the correct size on my phone and said they would take care of the rest. The replacement was then comleted Everything turned out fine. Thank you US Cellular. Thank you Gadgetguard.

I am in a wheelchair and still very active so that means my equipment takes a beating. My phone is one and Gadget Guard has kept my screen in beautiful shape. I have had to replace my GG protector at least 5 times and with their replacement guarantee it makes life so easy... Thanks Guys,
