I ordered a Halloween costume from them and received confirmation of my order and charge to my account. Received an email a whole week later that my order was cancelled and the costume was no longer available. Now its so close to Halloween that I am screwed!! Will NEVER use them again!

We ordered a Christmas present for our son on December 14. December 21 we get an email the item is out of stock. Much too late to order from someone else without paying much extra for rush shipping.

I placed an order online from the Galaxor Store website on October 3rd, 2014 and selected standard shipping, 5-7 business days. To this date, I have not received the order nor even a shipping notice. I have sent emails three times to the address given on the site, [email protected], and have received NO response. The money for the order was taken out of my account on October 3rd. On October 9th, the status of the order on their website was changed to "Shipping" and has stayed that way ever since. I even tried calling their (non-toll-free) contact number, which rings once and then plays a recording saying, "No support agents are currently available to take your call. Please leave your name, email address, phone number and order number and we will return your call." I left two voicemail messages and have yet to be contacted. To top it off, when I look at what I ordered on their site, it says "Out Of Stock", which it did NOT say when I ordered. I am very angry and will never do business with them again. My order better be here by Halloween.

Took my eight year old grandson's money and never sent his toy!! Was his allowance money and he is so upset, but not as upset as his grandmother! Have left voice mail and e-mails. Will never buy from them again! Thirty dollars is a lot of money to a eight year old!

I purchased a product from this store and the product arrived broken and weeks later I still have NOT heard back from them! When you call you get a machine and when you email you never hear back. $100 down the drain please please shop elsewhere.

I ordered a few items from this site a few weeks ago. After a week, my order still read "processing", despite the money already being taken out of my account. I emailed them three times without a response. I called their number twice (which went straight to voice mail) and left two messages. No reply. A quick google street view of the address shows, surprise, that there is no galaxor store, only apartment complexes. Do not order from this site, because they will scam you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered my product on July 14th stating it would be 5-7 business days. Here it is August 1st and still NO PRODUCT! I have called this company and there is NEVER anyone to answer the phone (I have left multiple vm's), I have emailed them about 5 times, left them 2 comments on their FB page and sent them msgs through there as well. I did FINALLY receive ONE email back on the 28th apologizing for NOT sending out my product and asked if I would still like it. I Said yes, and AGAIN nothing. Again, i have called and sent emails... and here i wait! Also, this product is for my wedding and i have let them know that. But that doesn't matter.. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
