Incredibly easy to use website with one of the quickest registration formats going. Excellent product range and a really good sale section with worthwhile discount. Looking forward to receiving the product and shopping with them again.

The delivery service was poor - they only delivered on two set days a week neither of which I could do as I was nhs front line worker but not flexible- you have to be in for a signature

Amazing, ordered online and arrived 48 hrs later. It was listed as pre-order so I was very pleasantly surprised !

Kayleigh Walker, the customer service manager emailed immediately after I placed my order to thank me for ordering and to inform me of the extended waiting time due to covid 19. I thought this was extremely excellent service.

I very pleased the garden lights I have recently purchased, they look beautiful in my pergola. They are great value for money, and a quick delivery.

I ordered tools as a birthday present for my daughter and they arrived as expected and she was thrilled. Sadly there was no facility to add a message or to identify my order as a gift.

I purchased several of the Malmesbury Galvanised pots which are described as ‘rustic at the edges’ on the website and they looked lovey but after two and a half years they have rusted all over and to the point where I have had to throw them all away as even the bases have rotted thru leaving rust marks all over my cobbles and Indian stone which I cannot remove. I am very disappointed by any lack of acknowledgement by the company who just said they were outside of the one year warranty so nothing could be done. I told them I felt they needed to be more specific on the description on the website about the fact these pots will rust well beyond the rim but their attitude was clearly that they felt this was all they needed to say which was they had rustic edges! My issue is they should not rust thru after nearly three years use and the base rust to such an extent that they were of no use. If I had known this I certainly would not have wasted my money.

Although I under stand that we are in a epidemic and I really appreciate All key works the time of receiving my hanging baskets was way to long
All other goods I order though this time from othercompany s I have received within a few days
But ,,, my baskets are lovely

I’ve been buying from Garden Trading for my home and outside since 2016. Great website. Lots of offers which I take advantage of. Latest purchases a pair of bistro chairs, florist bucket and Holkham utility basket. Items received in perfect condition. Excellent delivery service. DPL driver, Kevin very helpful. Always recommending GT to friends.

Bought during lockdown and despite advertised warning of 10 day delivery it arrived in 6! Really impressed with service. Beautiful patio set, well made, perfect colour and no assembly required. Will be returning to Garden Trading in the future.
Highly recommend.

The purchase online was easy, but the delivery was catastrophic (the delivery man did not want to come to our house and asked us to go and meet him at his other delivery point, a few km from our house. He called me 4 times, and I had to negotiate and stay firm!), and one of the goods was damaged (the bow was open and the item Inside dirty).

I ordered an outdoor thermometer and it arrived quickly, despite the current situation. Unfortunately there was a quality issue but when I contacted Garden Trading it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Had it not been for this issue I would have scored them 5 stars.

The delivery was very haphazard, I understand recent situations have an effect but recueved three separate delivery days and still didn't arrive until after, one one occasion the delivery driver just threw the unwritten card in my doorway and didn't even ring the bell ????

I ordered a garden sofa that came with the leg and arm completely broken off and could not get it till september. I then ordered the sofa else where but you did not send enough on the shipment so once again I had to be refunded, I also bought the matching table from garden trading that came also broken and had to be sent back and reordered. In the end I just cancelled everything and gave in!

The order wasn't in the name of Faye Williams - she was the recipient.
I wanted to add a message in the card - this wasn't done.
You also combined my order with that from my mother to her in the same envelope with no details to Faye as to who they were from - which was a really bad experience for the recipient.
The confirmation to me that the order had gone through was very vague and I had to call to make sure that Faye wasn't receiving the invoice details.
Overall just poor service.
I know that this is a tough time for everyone, but you cannot hide behind this for ever - it is not difficult to put a gift voucher in an envelope with a Happy Birthday message to someone.
It is just basic service and thought for others which was totally lacking here
