I would recommend them to family and friends and it was quite easy to book especially as we booked half way through the year because many hotels are fully booked by now.

I struggled to book the hotel and parking via the website as needed to book space for a second car so I emailed Gatwick Reservations. Even though the email was sent out of hours I had a response to say that they would contact the hotel, check prices for the second car and call me the next day. I received a phone call promptly the next morning and the booking was easily made at a price that I was very happy with.

Booked same time last year for exactly same weeks with I Love Meet and Greet £96 This year booking cost £152 with same company .When quearied this on phone told this is just the way things are going up . (We all hope not)

I have used this website twice now. It appears on dropping off the car there are many different companies. I would prefer to know which company I used on the website before to use. them again. at the North term Gatwick quite chaotic
Not by being recognised by my number plate. and them. telling me ok.

Parking date unclear -date of check out is 3rd Nov however says parking includes up to 2 Nov so not sure if extra charge is involved and have had to email enquiries to find out.

I get emails all the time, and I am a regular customer, however it is never clear whether one is availing of large discounts being advertised.

You need to make it clearer.

Excellent once I got through on the telephone but that was only after 5 or 6 failed attempts on line. Each time I tried, I received an error message saying the form had not been completed properly when trying to pay.
