We were optimistic when we placed a last-minute order for our son, and were delighted that we received our merchandise in time to put it under the Christmas tree. Thank you for an easy and pleasant experience!

Shopping was made easy, I was able to find what I needed quickly and the item description was straight forward and helped me make my decision of what I needed. My only complaint was that the shopping cart was a bit glitchy.

Good service We ordered a jacket. Unfortunately it ended up not being in stock after we placed the order. However, we got an immediate email letting us know and a coupon for a future purchase. Our money was refunded immediately as well. We understand supply issues happen, and were quite impressed with the way the problem was handled. We will definitely order again - we trust this site to take care of us!

Really good but I would have liked a bigger selection in bigger sizes. Also when I opened my package one of the shirts had a different size on your tag but the right size on the tag in the shirt. If that makes any sense, I thought at first I bought the wrong size.

The website is terrible. I'm using the one Ames Soccer Club directed me to. The window is tiny and glitchy. I couldn't easily see what I was ordering. It took me several tries to get the order entered correctly. I was sent SMS codes twice so I wouldn't need to re-enter my info from last fall, but i couldn't find a place to enter the codes. This is not about the merchandise, but my "shopping experience" on the website was very frustrating!

Don't tread on me tee Printing on both front and back are faded and not as vibrant as they appear on the pic. It looked like it had been washed several times when we received it. Good thing is my daughter loves it and quality of t shirt is good.

My experience with the website was HORRIBLE! I would put what I needed in my cart and then go to checkout. It would then say "oops. It looks like your cart is empty". I tried multiple times, emailed support and received no response, called the number listed and eventually got someone to answer. The person on the phone was then extremely helpful and solved my problem promptly, but I do sincerely hope that I never need to use this website again. It is awful!!
