Once you've placed your online order and they've been paid, it's painfully obvious they couldn't care less. Their customer service is terrible. My last order was for 2 simple throttle cables, they charged me for 2 and then just sent one. Now it's my problem to approach them for a refund. A real vendor that cared wouldn't even make a customer have to ask, they would be empathetic to the fact that they charged you for something they didn't deliver and issue a refund. I will find another vendor in the future.

i have recently ordered a pipe for my mini bike. first thing i have noticed is that the welds were too fat to have the bolts fit on them. second the pipe i ordered from the website came very dirty and used! id never believe id ever experience something as crazy as this. i dont even know what to say thats just one big shame from a shop in texas.

Just got off the phone with them to tell them they charged my card $35 extra (they didn't include a part on there invoice in which was paid for) and its almost like he wanted to laugh and tell me to F off. After me kindly bringing this to his attention and spending 100' s in the last few months, there responds was " I have no idea". I'll just move on. (pic is for him and fat beard)

Was looking for go kart parts and saw that the are selling "go kart engines" I took a look and was appalled. They have an 8 HP 301 cc predator engine for $498.00, this engine is a harbor freight engine that can be had for $229.00!! Ripoff. So they are up-charging $269!!! I was looking for some go kart parts from manco, and a go kart kit for like building a second one from scratch and found out that go power sports had them (some wheels and pedals that were missing on a used kart i bought) as well as bearings that i needed for my spindles and for my axle. I looked on ebay and other places for the parts. I kept my tabs open for all the same parts from like BMI (bmikarts) and mfg supply etc etc but then i went to chekc out because bmi and ebay seemed cheaper, but the shipping was stuipd expensive when you tallied them all up together. Anyway, i went to checkout with GPS (gopowersports) and their prices were slightly lower AFTER shipping was taken into account. shipped them fast too. now im going to go do a burnout in my go kart PEACE (im still working on my other kart though but the parts seem legit/well made)

I Have Ordered A Lot Of Stuff From Go Powersports They Have Been Great. The Guy That Sits At The Very Front When You Come In The Door, Needs To Work A Little On His People Skills, But He Ain't So Bad After A While. I Think He's One People That Takes A Little Bit To Come Around.To The People That Complain About Them Taking Back Merchandise To Their Defence, It Does Say For You To Know What You Wan't Because Somethings Are None Exchangeable.

I am very new to go karting, but luckily my kart had a stock 212 predator (with a performance header already installed). Since this is just a for fun hobby my wife as imposed tight budget restrictions. So I knew if I wanted to make this thing fast (obviously) I would have to be very careful with my purchases. I quickly decided the "212cc Predator Performance Air Filter, Adapter & Upgrade Jet" was the best way to start my project. After a slight issue with the shipping (not Gopowersports fault, the shipper will remain nameless) that I've chalked up to the time of the year it is with the holiday season. In a true show of AMAZING customer service Go Powersports immediately resolved the situation before it really ever became one! The kit comes exactly as advertised and as specified!! I chose the blue kit with yellow netting and it really changes the appearance of the engine. But the great looks and ease of installation pale in comparison with the performance improvement!! To say it wakes up this engine would be an understatement! It improves power from idle to as far as you can Rev it! Throttle response and drive ability are also noticeably improved both in GPS data and the much more important seat of the pants-o-meter! If I hadn't been fortunate enough to have already had the performance header I would have certainly gotten the header option. It is the combination of better air flow in (air filter and adaptor), more fuel (bigger carb jet & e-tube), more air out (performance header). Addressing all areas of engine performance at once gives you the largest improvement while laying the necessary foundations for all future upgrades! Next up: Torque Convertor! Billet flywheel (non hemi)! Better valve springs! Although new wheels and tires are probably going to be the next upgrade (safety) I am currently running on mix-matched wheels and tires from garage donations 12-8 (or9)-6 and 11-6-6 because with the speeds this thing is doing it is very difficult to control! Great job Go Powersports!!! You've gained a customer for life!

I order a header for my predator 212 hemi when it arrived to my place i opened it to see a rusty part but on the site looks new not even dirty but when i got it looked like if it's been in a backyard ridiculous new customer and will never order from there again i spoke to some idiot and he said i could paint it or return it like really

These people are absolutely great! I order a torque converter and some other engine mods and received everything but the belt was missing some teeth and they were so kind and sent me a brand new one without any issues. These guys are hands down the best! They sent me exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Will definitely be a return customer.

This Tim Yochum is very rude ask him a question and you will get a rude answer I asked about a driven part for my 40 series because it needed to be replaced he replied with a rude comment he seems to think there parts never break or wear out Will never buy from them again

I won't buy anything from these ripoffs again after I found out that I can buy what they have for less than half of what they sell it for, also their 212cc engines cost $189.00, now why in the Hell would I buy it from them when I can buy it for $119.00 and on sale for $99.00 goes to show you, and then there is only one RAG attitude person that answeres the phone whenever he damnwell pleases and sometimes never, I will always get my parts from Monsterscooterparts.com they're everything gopowersports isn't.

I called and placed an order on a Thursday evening and gave the guy all my information and actually he was pretty respectful. I had asked for a tracking number so he took my email address. I noticed a few hours later that my tracking number was not sent and that the money was not takin out of my account. I called them back this morning and spoke to the owner supposedly and he said my order was never placed and he asked if I had the right number. I ordered a gear a few days ago from you guys so I have the number saved in my phone so yea I have the right number. He looked and no order. Well when I placed my first order they got my last name wrong so I had him check that and still nothing. That's when the supposedly owner became a smart a-- to everything I was saying. He said he could put back in but won't get until Monday. I told him I would go on Amazon or EBay and if I can't find I would Click he hung up. Is that how you do people really? I gave my card number to someone in you business and I or anyone would be worried so there was no need for being a smart a--. I will never buy another part from these guys again and I have a lot of buddies that did business with you all and after today they won't. I know it won't hurt your buisness but hopefully you open your eyes that you can't talk down to people. Don't use go power sport.

Great company. They have pretty much anything you'll need for your kart plus they have outstanding support. You can call and talk to an actual person with questions and they're always patient. The few times things weren't quite right they took care of them promptly with no problems. Their instructional videos are a huge bonus too. Thank you GoPowerSports!

I don't think I could buy parts from anyone else now. I got all the parts I ordered and in a very timely matter. They were all quality and fit my mini bike and predator engine perfect. When the bearings went bad on my torque converter, they sent me new ones. The bearings went bad again and they sent me two more! I didn't have to pay for shipping or anything and they came fast. Truly an outstanding company and they take care of their customers.

Ordered a tire and was sent wrong size. Had to pay to send it back then they only did a partial refund. Will never do business here again!!!!!! I would think a company from TEXAS would do a better job!!!

The kit I ordered for my predator 212cc came with a header flange with incorrect mount hole spacing and a paper gasket to match. The kit wasn't to include an exhaust gasket. I reamed out the holes to make the header fit and used my old gasket. I then sent an email to notify the company. Greg responded apologetically and said he'd send the correct gasket "as a spare". The next morning, Tim emails me telling me that they checked their remaining kit manifolds and all fit doubting my story! What? I wasn't asking for a refund, just letting them know of my disappointment! Tim impressed upon me what a jerk he is and that he should take some classes in customer service. The following day we ordered 2 stage 2 kits and flywheels from a competitor. There will be another ordered later this month. If you order from GoPowerSports, better hope you don't have a problem!

I called because I didn't know where to start. I talked to Aaron, I emailed him pics of what was broke and it took him 2 seconds to have the part numbers and everything I needed. He crushed it. Great service, parts were perfect!

Ordered parts online, but when the arrived they didn't fit right. Guess what...... NO RETURNS! What? How do you have an online business with no returns? That's some crazy talk right there. Steer clear of these cats. Seems pretty shady to me.

Ordered a rather expensive header for my bt200x Walmart minibike. 29.00 plus 8.88 shipping. Welds are horrible - bad enough that the mounting washers and nuts hit the welds about 3/16 of an inch above the exhaust flange and will go no further. Inside of the flange is just as bad! Poor fit but great if you want to burn your leg. I was going to send it back but had already attempted to clean up the mess inside the exhaust flange. Kinda funny gopowersports.com wouldnt post my review (which they requested). You'll get a better header off of Ebay for 20.00 - just steer clear of high dollar low quality gopowersports.com parts.
