I placed an order on Wednesday June 10 (#65413). During checkout I entered promo code “summertime” for 15% off order. The promo code didn’t work and I immediately sent an email request to have it adjusted. Never heard anything back. Last time I trust or recommend shopping here.

Its been 2 weeks since I placed my order. I haven't received anything as if yet. No shipping or tracking information. I've called and left emails and I haven't gotten any type of response. It's a Birthday gift and it doesn't look like its going to make it. I'm going to end up having to spend more money to get another gift.

I don't want to download an app just so I can see where my package is. Father's day is this Sunday and as of today Wed I have not received my package and am unable to track it unless I download an APP!!!! I just wanted to know if I would get it on time. Seems like that is too much to ask.

I haven’t seen my order. This was made on May 18th. My event is in less than a month and this has taken a lot longer than I was told it would. I have contacted you a couple times with no response. You took my money and haven’t even tried to return my call or email. I’m very disappointed in the service and would appreciate my order filled or my money back. Either one needs to happen promptly or I will be writing an email to the BBB. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone.

Understand the delay caused by Covid 19 but waiting 2 months with no evidence of shipping but you see fit to charge my account indicates a lack of mutual consideration. Cannot recommend or continue to purchase from an entity which appears to simply take advantage of the situation. You are not the only entity impacted by the shutdown. Every time I access my order you ask for a review so obviously not concerned about real reviews since you would not ask until the item was received and the buyer had the opportunity to see if it is up to expected standards.

Overall I think it's was pretty easy to navigate the website. I just didn't know how to pick the font I wanted for the engraving. I didn't see an option to pick one that I may like on the cuff links.

I ordered this item 8 days ago, 6 business days. I ordered it as a gift and was hoping that it would be shipped within the 2-3 days business days that most of your items get shipped within. Even with the max amount of days to create, 3 days that are advertised, and the max days of shipping 6 day, I would have gotten it on time. I am worried that it won't get here on time; Is there anywhere you would be able to give me an estimate of when it would be ready to be shipped? and would it be possible to change the shipping to a faster delivery?

I ordered my items well in advance for my bachelor party. It’s been over 3 weeks and it hasn’t even SHIPPED. I understand the pandemic, but I’ve had packages from other places get to me in at least 2 weeks from further away and without priority mail. I now have to find a different gift for my groomsman if this package doesn’t get here in the next 3- 4 days. Unless that happens, I will make sure to tell people how bad of a company you are to buy through

I placed my order on the 19th and was told it would be ready to ship in 2-3 days. I have received no shipping notifications, updates about a delay, or any other information so I can track or see what is happening with my order. I would not have purchased from this site if I knew this would be the case. I understand there may be COVID delays on shipping and orders, but that should have been stated as my item hasn’t shipped and it is past the expected delivery date per the website.

I could probably find these cheaper elsewhere which is why the 4 stars at the top. I'm lazy though. The free shipping and the summer discount made it worth it. Hope they get there before our wedding on August 5th

I ordered on June 19th and have not received any followup whatsoever. As per your website, it is stated that items were to ship within 2-3 business days... I reached out and have heard absolutely nothing back. This is a horrible experience and I would NEVER reccomend your services.

Order arrived way after estimated time and support team only communicated after I left a negative review. I don't mind waiting for the product to arrive, but the expectation needed to be set from the beginning and communication could've been better.

4 out of the 10 custom knives I order either don’t have initials or they are double printed! My wedding is this weekend and I have pieces of shot to give 40 percent of my guys! I want something done! A $300 order that looks like this, it is ridiculous!

Your shipping is really bad. I ordered over a week ago and haven’t received anything when it said I’d receive in 3-6 business day. I needed this as a gift and it won’t get here on time. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! I hope the quality of my items is great.

I ordered my groomsman gifts I’ve a month ago. Still haven’t received my package and I can’t get a hold of anyone. I have written two emails and both times I requested a phone call so I can find out what’s going on. No one has called me and no one has emailed me back.

I ordered this two week sago and paid shipping warranty. I still do not have my product. I work logistics and this is sad it is taking this long to get my order. I was going to order a 5 pack of these coolers but seeing this, I am going to take my business somewhere else.

I received my pocket watches, but not duffel bags. I sent an email and received zero response. This failure is putting me behind on wedding plans and getting my notifications out. Unexcuseable to be this long with DUFFEL BAGS and even worse to not communicate with me
