sorry for the late review. its almost 1 week already since my problem solved. for your information, this is my first time using happy plugs and maybe because I dont know how to use it, I got problem in pairing my both earbuds. So long story, but I’ll make it short. A big thanks to happy plugs, especially Kaydeen. Thanks for being so nice, never give up on replying my email even she know I was mad and give me a detail information in helping me to fix my earbuds pairing problem. I really satisfied. A big sorry and thank you for your help!! ❤️❤️❤️ I really enjoy my happy plug.

The charger of my air inc stopped working and after I reported the issue, I immediately received a response addressing my concern.
