Great servis and support. Perfect tracking servis of package, Nice communication. IT was my 1st purchase by Hifigo, I can recommend they to your. Only small trouble with 3,5 jack connector which is working but only in limited area in the plug. IT isn`t a problem of diameter but with the depth.

I bought 3 pairs of Schleining MTW 100 earbuds here. The earbuds are super nice. The communication with the business was exemplary. First I changed the order and everything went smoothly. The speed of delivery of goods surprised me pleasantly. I complained about one of the earbud and even in this case hifigo was very helpful and I felt like a welcome customer even in this situation. Thank you!

Purchased and received my 2.5 mm to 4.4 mm audio adapter perfectly in time but what makes me write this review is when customer service contacting me a week later worried I didn't receive my package. They saw on the postal service tracking site that my item was blocked and wanted to make sure all was ok. Great service!

Few web stores have the attention to send pictures of the product you are buying, have the time to go through details about the purchase or even get something that is not listed, the guys at hifigo have always break the mold and do an extraordinary job at doing that and more, first purchase was amazing and right now I'm on my 3rd, excellent service, excellent timing and excellent customer service. 100% recommended

I was very happy with the customer service. I was initially sent the wrong item(DC01 instead of DC02) but when I brought it to their attention they were more than willing to send either a refund, or re-send the part I ordered. They emailed back everyday, and are sending me a great 2.5mm adapter for my headphone cable free of charge. Beyond happy with hifigo service. I would certainly order from them again.

What a surprise! They kindly e-mailed me the approximate delivery date and new product information for the items I just put in the cart! What's more, they responded to my questions within a day, and they were always kind to me no matter how many times I emailed them because I was worried!

Hifigo is an excellent source for competitively priced audio equipment. I was looking to buy the Fiio BTR5 and found it at a much better price on their site compared to others, and it came with free shipping which is always appreciated when ordering from Canada. I had a question about the tracking information and the follow up email I received was extremely kind and personable and thoroughly addressed my concerns. Every part of the process was smooth and I was very happy with my experience. The item arrived quickly and I will gladly purchase again from their site.

I bought the Fiio M11 Pro Stainless Steel Limited Edition high-resolution audio player from Hifigo and they entertained all my customization requests extremely cordially and shipped it much faster than imaginable. I received it within a week even during the pandemic times, and this is a testament to how amazing their service is. Nor only that, their communication was so nice and polite that I feel like I have made some new friends. I would go so far as to say that I would buy from them even if something is available locally because of their cordial nature, amazing customer service, super fast shipping and the courtesy to stand behind their customers. Excellent job Hifigo! Not only you have earned my respect but also an avid fan in me.

5 stars rating to HiFiGo they shiped the device quick and communication with them over email was straight forward (I was getting worry at one point with the shipment due to the current situation but their feedback calmed me down). The product arrived in good conditons (shipped with GLS in Romania), the packaging was ok and the product was sealed. I'm happy with their service.

I´m very pleased. The earbuds was not working. The whole process from my initial contact with the support all the way to the end (receiving) the refund for my return shipment was incredibly good! Also since I live in Sweden I´m surprised that I got the earbuds so quick, but also that they got returned so quick and the refund. Very pleased even though the product did not work.

I discovered this store by accident when I was searching for Fiio BTR5 and it was out of stock everywhere. I contacted them and they replied to me in less than a day. Answering all my questions. I made an order, it took them a few days to start shipping but once they did everything shipped quickly. I received my order in less than a week by DHL. I didn't expect that due to the current situation. They have an amazing customer service, answered every question I asked including technical questions about the products I wanted to buy. They even knew about an upcoming version of a portable DAC/Amp I was interested in. I wish more sellers were like this. What a breath of fresh air. I will be definitely buying from them again and 100 % recommend them to a friend.

I have purchased a Cayin E02 DAC board from HifiGo, with the Priority shipping service. The parcel took 16 days to arrive, the tracking info seemed to be stuck so I wrote to the customer service, they assured me that the parcel would arrive and that in any case they would follow the tracking of my parcel. Few days after I got my purchase! Very well packed. I am completely satisfied with them.

I usually don't bother on writing reviews but I have to for HifFiGO. Their support team always responded to my emails about the product I wanted to order, which I eventually order. They always responded on my follow up questions with a status of delivery (getting stuck at home during the COVID-19 made more impatient). They delivered. Price was good, in comparison to what was out there. The product rocks too (FiiO BTR5).

Hello, I ordered for France, my country, three products in two orders just before the containment due to the coronavirus fell. Despite all the problems caused by this phenomenon, I received these products in quite exceptional times in terms of events. The HIFIGO online sales site is a very serious site, the products offered - not found in our regions if not sometimes at relatively higher prices - are of high quality and the prices are completely reasonable for what I ordered, which makes it an ideal partner. In addition, the after-sales service responds quickly. It should be noted that the Chinese and French postal services have done a remarkable job.
