I had made an error in the colour I had chosen and spoke with Alice, who was very helpful. I returned the item to be exchanged for the correct colour and greatly appreciated Alice phoning me to say it had been received.
However, I do question why items need to be sent via signed-for post, which is inconvenient for the recipient, hence 4 stars.

Great product but think it’s bad how you reduced a NEW product by 50% & annoying as it was a day after I ordered it and you wouldn’t refund the difference. Also lid is cracked so it leaks.

I have brought from HD Brows multiple times and never had the experience I have received recently. I placed my order 1.5 weeks ago and I haven’t received it still. When I tracked my order it turned out that Royal Mail never delivered my parcel and that they signed for it themselves. I have emailed HD Brows twice and await a response...

Very quick delivery I am used to waiting longer as I live on the west coast of Scotland and are often thought to be an island but the delivery was next day! Amazing ????

I ordered next day delivery and it didn’t arrive on time, I then emailed to ask to be refunded the delivery charge and have had no response.

Ordered through HD approved salon, delivered in under 48 hrs!
Over packaged for one item which itself is boxed, then three packaging airbags inside a square cardboard box !
Not available on delivery day so item taken back to my local sorting office - 30 minutes drive away, so an hour out of Saturday to collect the box - ideally product could have gone in a small padded envelope which fits thru customers letter box.

Love the foundation but unfortunately did not receive my free make up bag I entered the code done everything as instructed but it didn't let me add to my order I emailed them they replied done how they explained in email to still no success I emailed again to say it still won't let me add and no one replied to my second email

I ordered a brow pencil in a colour I had previously used, but it was a different shade. I called HD Brows and they were very helpful and rectified the issue quickly and efficiently.
WoUldale buy from them again as good products and services.

I’ve tried so many products for my eyebrows nothing seem to work my daughter advise me to try HD Brows

Ordered last Saturday it’s now a week later and still haven’t received anything yet so can’t leave feedback for the product. Tried getting next day delivery on it but couldn’t
