I've been on helping host for over a decade without too many problems... until the last year. My inboxes from various helping host emails became riddled with spam. My email sending ability was turned off without notice and has remained off for weeks despite numerous efforts to fix it. I opened 3 different support tickets and they were each closed before my problem was solved. There is no telephone support and i can never seem to be online as the live chat support. I was given a complementary trial of the anti spam on ONE of my email accounts but I have several. Helping host needs to take better responsibility for the security and basic business needs of its members. after a decade of patronage I would be asking for a refund if i could just find someone to ask. Hello? is anybody there?

I tell everyone about Helping Host. You have made me look like a rockstar in so many ways. My skill level started out not understanding how to even code a link. Helping host helped me through FTP issues, Wordpress Set up and over more than a hundred other things I didn't understand. I am still learning, but with helping host I am confident that my sites are secure! The support team is always kind and respectful and VERY HELPFUL. Thank you!

They always try their hardest top find a solution for anything I ask them and they never make me feel like an idiot. They have great priced and always great products. (I'm a developer using different features all the time, one day I need Node.JS another day PHP and so on).

I have been using HelpingHost for over ten years to host all 8 of my websites. I have always been delighted with the promptness and service I have received and I highly recommend them to my friends. The support they offer is exceptional.

From our experience this can indicate that the business is either not actively engaged with online communication or is new and growing. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
