I ordered a padded toilet seat and one of the screws/nuts that you use to attach it to the bowl was broken. I had to salvage one of the ones from the broken seat but it doesn't fit correctly so I have a loose seat now. Can I get a new screw/nut?

I ordered 2 shelves - one for a birthday gift. The 2 shelves were in one box. One box was totally open and only had the larger slots of the shelf. The second box was open at the top but all parts were there. Very disappointing that they were not complete, very disappointing that it took me repeated attempts to get in touch with someone to explain my problem. Then to be told the shelf I had ordered was out of stock! Then to be told I would have to wait another week to receive the second shelf I had ordered and could not be expedited for the gift I had purchased it for. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase from Holdnstorage again.

Got my order within 2 days after placing the order product was in perfect condition thanks

I placed my order on Monday and my product was delivered by Wednesday 2 DAYS that’s quick and there customer service where very helpful and the prices where’re great I will definitely shop again

I ordered the bumps-be-gone extra long 21" hangers and they sent the 18" ones instead. When I contacted them they said they would get back to me regarding shipping out the correct ones and whether I need to ship back the original. It has now been over a month with no contact. I am, of course, annoyed and disappointed.

The ordering process was fine, however I was never told my item was not in stock nor was I told how long it would be well 3 months later I still have not received my item nor have I received any emails or calls about my order. I recently called and canceled my order as you people still did not know when or if I would ever receive it however you did charge my card right away and hence had to give me a refund.

I placed my order on July 26th the order was delivered to me in 2 days the product was in perfect condition

I placed an order on April 23. It took 72 hours before I was notified(by e=mail)my order was concelled because the product in the color I wanted was discontinued. I replaced the order(same product different color)on April 30. I asked the lady to check and make sure the item was in stock. She said it was. I paid for 3 day shipping. I had not seen my order or heard from HoldnStorage about my order on May 8, I called customer service and was told the item was discontinued and that I was notified the order was cancelled. I never received any sort of notification fronm the company. I asked if my credit card had been credited back and was put on hold and when the custmer service rep came back on the phone she said she did not know if. I aske dfor her supervisor, who (took my order)so I aske dfor her supervisors supervisor and was told she had no idea who that was.

when xmas storage units were received two tabs were broken and laying loose in the bottom of the box. called company on jan 10, 2013 and after being on hold for 14 minuites i finnally spoke with yetti. she said i could return them or they would give me a creidt of $7.00. decided to use the sections with the broken tabs as the bottom sections and said i would take the credit which i have never received. Poor customer service and dissatisfied i received a broken container.

I tried to order a storage bag for a Christmas Wreath, I ordered it on July 11, 2013. It didn't come and didn't come so I called the company on July 30, 2013 to inquire. The lady said something was wrong the IP, and that I would receive it in the next 48 hours. I didn't receive it so I called them back today, August 7th and was told they hadn't shipped it and it was on back order. I cancelled my order which they didn't seem to care whatsoever. They seemed very shady, I will not order from them again.
