My LED lights had wolves on them which makes them intrinsically sweet and worth 5 stars by themselves, but once I tried them on, that's when the magic happened. After checking to ensure that the LED lights would properly cover my girth, I walked from my trailer to Wal-mart with the wolf LED lights on and was immediately approached by women. The women knew from the wolf-lights that I, like a wolf, am a mysterious loner who knows how to 'howl at the moon' from time to time (if you catch my drift!). The women that approached me wanted to know if I would be their boyfriend and/or give them money for something they called "meth". I told them no, because they didn't have enough teeth, and frankly a man with wolf-light LED's shouldn't settle for the first thing that comes to him.

I arrived at Wal-mart, mounted my courtesy-scooter (walking is such a drag!) sitting side saddle so that my wolves would show. While I was browsing tube socks, I could hear aroused asthmatic breathing behind me. I turned around to see a slightly sweaty dream in sweatpants and flip-flops standing there. She told me she liked my wolf-light LEDs, I told her I wanted to howl at her moon. She offered me a swig from her mountain dew, and I drove my scooter, with her shuffling along side out the door and into the rest of our lives. Thank you Holiday LEDs!.

Pros: Fits my girthy frame, has wolves on it, attracts women
Cons: Only 3 wolves (could probably use a few more on the 'guns'), cannot see wolves when sitting with arms crossed.

I have used HolidayLEDs for two winters now and as the weather gets colder, I'm looking forward to another Christmas season with their LED lights outlining my roof. This last order was, in part, a replacement order for a defective light set. Their service on this "problem" totally sold me on HolidayLEDs.

I purchased 6 strings in May 2008 to wrap around my back porch. They are on a timer and have faithfully come on every night since (it is now November 2012). We live in Florida, so the summer sun beats down on these lights, and the tropical storms shower down upon them, yet they last and last! They are really the best lights available. It's worth the price.

I ordered 2 sets of the 7 Multi-Color Frosted LED Christmas Light (100024759). The order was shipped promptly and as a bonus the shipping was FREE to APO AE. I'm currently supporting the US Army in Afghanistan and I think that Holiday LEDs is going out of their way to support the folks involved in this effort (whatever your views). Fortunately the electricity at my location is 110v, versus the 220v that is found at most locatins in Iraq.
The bulbs, even though they are "frosted", are extremely bright and light up the area to make walking at night much safer PLUS being able to locate my quarters. OK, it might provide an aiming point for the Bad Guys, but I'm willing to take my chances...
I've just ordered several Haloween light strings to be sent to my Wife in the States to perk up our porch for the trick-or-treaters later this month. OK, the 40% off coupon was an additional incentive!!!

I enjoyed a surprisingly easy return of a set of LEDs that stopped working after 30 days of use. Trying four different sets of new fuses wouldn't get them restarted. Even though they were on Warranty, I was expecting a hassle, and dreaded the added burden of returning them. To my delightful surprise, I exchanged messages with an engagingly sensitive staff; and, a new set was sent off to me post haste. Additionally, I was invited to keep the non-working string; which I can now use for replacement bulbs! So, it is a pleasure to report that I had an exceptional experience with HolidayLEDs. Every 4th of July we invite family & friends to our lake to celebrate. This year I wanted to decorate the deck with spectacular lights for the evening, & I found exactly what I was looking for with HolidayLED's "Red, Pure White & Blue Wide Angle LED Lights"! These lights were so beautiful & bright, I've honestly never seen anything like them before (& I spent a lot of time looking for just the right lights!) I'm a frugal shopper, but their prices were competitive & the coupon they offered made my purchase an internet success! They arrived carefully packaged, and as promised, within 5 days of ordering. I ordered six strings of the Red, Pure White & Blue Wide Angle Flex Change Lights. The lights are really nice. The Patriotic theme works well on our vacation home deck railing. The LEDS are bright. No need for additional lighting. It was important to have quality lights to stand up to the summer heat. So far so good. I ordered 2 more strings in July to finish off the length of our wrap around deck.

We ordered battery pack lights from Holiday LEDs last year to put on our "bicycle pedal surrey." It was the perfect answer to our need for mobile lights! We were so pleased with last years lights that we ordered more this year. Now, the frame, the seats, the top with the fringe and each of the 4 wheels are lighted!!! It was a pleasure to do business with Holiday LEDs. We received exactly what we ordered, and.... received it quickly!!

I actually found this website because the local retailers sold out of lights within three weeks before the actual holiday and gave me the usual “Deal with it” attitude. I decided try holidayLEDs.com due to the easy to navigate (and clean looking) website, had a variety colors/styles (I love the teal lights), and a good layout with detailed information on the product pages. There are a great selection of LED lights to choose from including colors that are not as easily or commonly found on other websites.

Every time I have shopped with the site, I have been very impressed with the quick shipping and above and beyond customer service. I did have a bit of concern with my most recent order but with a phone call, I had all my questions and issues resolved. They even took the time to answer some random lighting questions as well. Thanks for fixing the problem I encountered the last time.

I also encountered one of my strands to be buggy (despite testing it earlier). For the most part, I wanted to know if there was a way to fix it and sent an e-mail. I was not sure what kind of response to expect until I got a response saying a replacement would be on its way. I was surprised but in a positive way.

I could shop somewhere else but the idea of having a limited time selection and/or customer service seems counterproductive. So far HolidayLEDs.com has not disappointed me yet.

This is one of the only sites where I could find outdoor battery operated holiday lights. Service was fast and lights are very bright - perfect for outdoor wreaths. One string had to be exchanged but customer service was fast and efficient in addressing the issue.

Our tandem bicycle club (D.A.T.E.S. Dallas Area Tandem EnthusiastS) had a ride through the Park Cities to see the Christmas lights. We used two strands of "Red & Green LED Battery Operated 25L" zip-stripped to the bike. They worked perfectly and looked great. Highly recommended!

I sent old lights to be recycled early 2011 after local retailers stopped offering recycling deals for new LED lights. I sent them here and completely forgot about it. Then, in November I got an email with my discount coupon for new LED lights...which we ordered immediately and they are hanging on the house now. They made it simple, and reminded me about the "credit" due. I will continue to purchase from them for sake of ease and cost.

Overall a 2 out of five stars. I had ordered a shipment overnight the next day, but they failed to notify me that it was past the next day delivery deadline. When I called the next morning to find out what happened, they said that they'd call me back between 1-3 hours after they talked to their warehouse.

The sales agents are generally courteous, but there just wasn't the professional edge that would set them apart.

I ordered 12 strings of new Christmas lights and I also tried to coordinate this new order with 3 replacement strings needed for defective strings ordered previously. I was very pleased that HolidayLEDs was able to coordinate both of these orders (new and replacement strings) together. Also the customer service rep I was working with on the replacement strings pointed me to a better coupon to use with my new order; which was much appreciated. However, on the negative side, I did not receive the exact product I ordered on the 2 new red strings (the string length was shorter). Also the blue replacement string I requested was no longer in stock and a different blue light string was sent but I was not asked about it upfront. I had to e-mail and ask why I had received a 70 light string instead of the 50 light string I had requested. Now to the better news - HolidayLEDs has always had strong customer service and they created a coupon for future use for the mix-up in my order to try and make things right. In general, 2011 is the second Christmas season I have ordered lights from HolidayLEDs. I discovered HolidayLEDs as I have been replacing my incandescent light strings with LED lights and was looking for a source of high quality LED lights. Again on the negative side, I have been surprised at the rate of failure of the strings I have received given the purported superior durability of LED lights to incandescent lights (although the issues have been from a line of lights no longer being carried by HolidayLEDs). That said, I have a couple of strong positive comments: 1) For the "good" light strings, I love the look of the lights (5mm wide angle). The colored lights produce a brilliant light and the warm white lights look identical to the classic clear incandescent lights. 2) When I have had quality issues, HolidayLEDs has been very quick to send replacement lights and they stand by their products. Their customer service has been outstanding. Overall, my appreciation for their great customer service and the brilliance of the lights they offer outweigh the durability issues I've experienced. I definitely plan on ordering more lights from HolidayLEDs in the future.

I was so thrilled to find a company whose goal is to provide Christmas lights that are long-lasting and environmentally friendly! The website was great, the delivery was fast, and the product is excellent so far.

I ordered my lights on January 3 and still have not received them. I had to log into my account to find the status and all it read was "exception." It's not good customer service that no one contacted me to inform me of this, especially since I paid over $11 for 1-5 day shipping. I felt that I should have received notification about the status of my order. Unacceptable!!!

At first my order did not process through Paypal correctly and so I emailed and within the hour I had a return call and my order was completed. Just a few days later my lights arrived and are bright, vivid and are of very high quality.
