I was not made aware when I accepted the quote how much would go to the insurer and how much was made up of fees etc. I only realised when I received the paperwork, by which time I had already paid. This should be communicated upfront.

The delivery of certification and other relevant documentation within 24 hours was a huge selling point of Insure My Business.
I needed it ASAP to start work.

Although provision of a quote and customer service was prompt and effective; it has now been over 74 hours since purchase without me being able to see customers.

Please send through the certificates as quickly as possible so I can reward what has otherwise been good quality service.

I have been out of work due to ill health for two years,so i had to cancel my policy until further notice. I am now well and about to return to work in full health and i rang insure my liability to re-start my policy and the policy had only gone up by pennies, much to my surprise.
Thank you it was a welcome saving seeing as i am having to re-start my business again from scratch.

I got most of the info i needed of the site but had one small quiery regarding working at height. I contacted the insurer with the quote ref etc and all the details along with my simple question. Unfortunately no one person took ownership of my issue and 4,5 or maybe 6 people later, all of which i spoke to or e-mailed, i finally got my question answered and the insurance in place at a reasonable cost.It did however take over a week to achieve what should have been sorted in one simple e-mail.

I set my insurance with Steven Scott who was fantastic. He was always in contact with me through email and telephone call, giving me quotes and options with no pressure. He was able to find everything out that I needed to know before confirming and was great help along the way.

Having renewed 10 days late I thought being charged 25% more than my quoted renewal fee was a rip off . Haggled it down.

I have to say I started with a different company (towergate) after 4 days off messing about and still no joy.... they couldnt do what i was after....but the thing is ive just had 2 years all ready with them.... lol madness .... so I found you guys within 20mins..... done....WHAT..!!!!!! I know where I'm going next year.... good service the guy on the phone was great so helpfull.. 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although our initial request was not dealt with as it should have been, once we had alerted them to the problem, the situation was thoroughly checked out and resolved by Harry the next working day. We all make mistakes.

I had to contact the organisation so many times, left messages for someone to get back to me and nobody did, eventually had to call and complain only then was the policy sorted, i am trying to sort out a one day event policy, have had a quote but no one has contacted me re the policy. not happy with service
