I loved that I could take the courses when I had time- whether it was 15 minutes here and there throughout the day or a couple hours in the middle of the night. The materials were very thorough. I am old-school film and hadn't really gotten into digital other than point and shoot. This was as good, if not better than any physical class that I've had in the past.

Although I had been doing amateur photography for about 5 years, I had never actually done a qualification or been taught so thought I'd give it a shot with the good value for money on groupon. The course was excellent. Although some aspects I was aware of, there were loads of other stuff I didn't know at all and probably never would have if it wasn't for this course. Easy to understand but not too basic to be bored. The tutors get back in touch with you within a day and give constructive feedback on your photos. The tests at the end of each module were a good idea. With a 98% completion rate, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend anyone to give this a go. :)

I have a great deal of trouble absorbing large chunks of black and white text on another photography course I'm doing which is not exactly boosting my confidence at the minute and I'm losing the will to live until I discovered this course which with its presentation of subjects in the modules has made it so much easier to learn I passed mod 1 with 100%. I wish I had discovered this course first and saved myself a shed load of cash.

I really enjoyed the first 16 Modules and learnt a lot, however, the final 2 modules I found extremely difficult to manage, I felt that the trainer was not sufficiently prepared for the tutorials that were delivered, he made a few mistakes which were not edited out of the final tutorial and, to be honest, photoshop does not interest me as a photographer as much as the actual taking of a picture. I understand that modifications may need to be made to some photographs but the amount of editing and modifications that were given in modules 17 and 18, in my opinion, were unnecessary and perhaps could be offered as an 'add-on' to the initial programme.
I also would like to know if it's possible, having completed the programme, to download the course material. I learnt a lot but would love to have notes, as I would have from other programmes, so that I can refer to them and broaden my knowledge.
Thanks
Mike Lynch

I joined the iPhotography course about 6 months ago and I've found it to be a really informative and educational training site to help me learn about doing photography. Its given me lots of ideas about how to use my camera, and I really like the gallery they have so I can upload pictures and chat with other students, its reassured me that other people have the same camera problems that I did. I've still got lots more to study on the course, it's really value for money. Thank you.

iPhotographycourse.com offers a complete course in photography for every beginner and for the more experienced photographer. The course consists of various learning methods that help to develop the skills necessary to become a better photographer. E-books, interactive material along with tutorials make this course a good platform to start a new career in photography from. My knowledge in this area is much better now - this is visible in my work. Thanks iPhotographyCourse.com

Got to admit, started the course and flew through the first 6 or 7 modules (within one day!)
However, they started to get longer, and more words were added. My mind was getting cluttered and I began to switch off. Which was told by the dip in exam results - from 100% down to 80-90%.
I then moved house and didn't have much spare time on my hands. Six months later, (3 days ago) I picked up from where I left off at module 8 or 9. I began the course and realised I had totally forgot everything I had learned. I had to recap and make notes. I then flew through the rest of the course applying my new found techniques to my own photography. The editing section is really helpful!
Passed the course with a 91% grade which I am very pleased about!
Overall, the course took me around two months to complete (minus my six month break).
Next step, is to correctly apply my new knowledge by possibly attending a workshop to be shown exactly HOW to apply these tricks. I also want to invest in some new equipment. Possibly just a few of the cheaper stuff first, followed by the more expensive things later.
The course id deffo worth a try ! :-)

I really liked the first 16 modules. I coverd the basics which is always helpful. The last two module were interesting, but post processing is a big subject, and could be a class in itself. I'm not a heavy photoshop, but I do use it occasionally, its only a tool. It all about your workflow and there's another deep subject.

I could not get to the course selections for 17and18 after I exited. I had to go back to module 16 and select "take the test". From there I could get to select module. Also after I completed module 17 and 18, they didn't show up in my library. I did get two copies of module 11.
