We also use IssueTrak to help track our IT assets, their location, versions and maintenance due dates.
IssueTrak has always been extremely responsive to any problems we might have, though honestly we haven't really had very many. IssueTrak is one of those products you just don't have to worry about. It just keeps on working.
I would recommend IssueTrak to anyone that needs a solid dependable HelpDesk application that has so many useful features. Asset Management, Surveys and more.... As well, their own HelpDesk is extremely fast and works very hard to help you find a solution to whatever it is that you are trying to do.
