Your size measuring guide is incorrect. These gloves are too small, what your guide says should be a medium in actuality a large. I have been ill and unable to return them or contact you. Since their too small their useless to me.

This purchase was for an item I had very little knowledge about. The price was in line with other sellers and I could have gone just about anywhere but the site was informative so I choose to make my purchase. I was extremely happy with my decision. There were excellent shipping options and tough I didn't expedite shipping, I still got my product quickly. I would definitely shop here again

I broke my ankle Christmas. The product is just what I need. It offers just enough support to allow my ankle and foot to adjust to life with a cast while I'm at work and for daily walks. I wear a size 8 women's shoe and the small/medium fit just right.The product is just what I need.

This was the first time using IthacaSports online and I was very impressed with the ease of ordering and finding this China Gel product I have used in the past and at a great price. They nicely cellophane the containers which no one has ever done before when shipping, so that was impressive too. The shipping came as was expected. I still have other things I want to buy, so I am excited I have a new online sports place to shop at. I would recommend this site to everyone.

I continue to consider China Gel as the best pain reliever on the market. I just massage it in at bedtime and by morning I no longer have the pain in my low back. Fantastic Pain Reliever Cream for pain relief.. As far as Ithaca, it is the best Sports store to purchase this cream. My order was processed immediately and in a few days I had it to use. Thank you so much.

Great customer service. I had a brief problem with my order and it was resolved quickly by a very friendly customer service person. The product shipped quickly and arrived ahead of estimated delivery date. I love this product (Biofreeze) and have used it for years. I will probably order from Ithaca Sports again.

Good experience. My only complaint is that on the shipping address it wouldn't let me add "Street" to my address. If it doesn't read "Williams Grant Street" I may not get my order.

Easy to place order, but they put my products into a plastic bag to ship. Both items were in soft cardboard packing, and got damaged during shipping. They should have been shipped in a small box with bubble wrap.

Finally...after a dozen tries I was able to sign in and place my order! Very frustrating! I did have issues in ordering. Was there a problem with your ordering online? I love Ithaca Sports & I love Bio Freeze. I just don't know why it would not allow me to order.

I ordered the Battle sticky sleeve for my sons football game Sat and Sun. With theexpectation that it would arrive on time. Only later to be told theentire order was on hold because 1 was NOT in stock, a fact NOT told to me before ordering. When I found out I requested a refund and expected expedited delivery for what i accepted due to your company being the reason for the delay and the fact that I expressed my want for the item to be used in the upcoming games. What I received was a cold, "you didn't order expedited delivery". Very disappointed! Disgusted and unhappy. And guess WHAT, I still haven't received my item!

I believe so much in this product I've bought out for my grown children who have grown up with it and my boss. I have joint pain and it helps so much. It's great on any advice or pain and add I have moved into my 60"s I seen to have more and more. I order it online and it arrives quickly.

I bought 3 items from Ithaca Sports to support small business. I then found one of the items cheaper. They not only refunded the difference, they included an additional product which I had ordered one of. They also were in contact with me immediately when I wrote them to tell them I had found it cheaper. I will definitely buy from them again.
