Ordered a small bottle of my favourite scent, Dark Amber and Ginger Lily. A big spend for me, but I do love the scent. Was debited pretty sharpish and given tracking details which I checked daily. DPD apparently delivered it on the Tue at 11.21am when nobody was at home, in fact we were both at work, and it was signed for by someone called Dave (no we don't know who he is either, but apparently it could be the driver!). Anyway there was no parcel to be seen, and neither of my neighbours had been asked to take it despite being home at that time. Contacted Jo Malone by phone who said they'd raise an investigation with DPD and respond within 72 hours, eventually after not hearing back for a week I sent a chasing email. The eventual response was that they couldn't get any more information from DPD and would either send the order again or refund me. Having had to chase them twice, and not being given any explanation about who had signed for my parcel or where it had been left, I was far from impressed with DPD and Jo Malone and so cancelled the order and requested a refund. I thought their customer service was pretty abysmal especially when the emails they sent had my name incorrectly spelt despite being on the bottom of mine! At £75 for 50mls I would expect outstanding customer service, but it's not what I received!!!

DO NOT BUY @jomalonelondon Diffusers!!! Put the diffuser Reed on my bathroom shelving for 2 seconds and it melted away the paintwork!!! Made a complaint to @jomalonelondon and they said it states in small print, in the label under the bottle (very small print) that the oil can damage furniture! How about putting it on your care card!!!! Price of the diffuser was refunded but won’t compensate me for the furniture damage! Anyone who knows me, knows I absolute love @jomalonelondon and have purchased so much over 15 years!!! NOT ANYMORE!!!! Very unhappy customer and will take my custom to the creator of @jomalonelondon @jolovesofficial!!! @esteelauder ???

Having used them many times, each time has presented another reason to complain such as items missed, poorly packaged and this time my parcel being lost and no explanation, had i not contacted them I’d never had known, worse thing is the customer service it’s really poor

I have a pomegranate room diffuser there is absolutely no smell from it. I know have it in my en-suite bathroom. The smallest room in the house and still there is no smell.!! I am better buying the cheap versions in Aldi these smell stronger and last

So after writing to Jo Malone about the poor quality of their products. I received an email from them saying someone down customer services will be in contact with me within 72 hours. 72 hours later still no one has contacted me If anyone is thinking of buying anything from JO MALONE please don’t waste your money

Avoid online ordering Avoid! I ordered a perfume with engraving on jo malone site one week ago, as a birthday gift. The package was delivered by Hermes courier company at an obscure “post box” near the address I expected it, nowhere to be found. Telephone customer services insist it has to be internally investigated with the courier/driver, before they can offer me a refund, re-post of the package, or other resolution. Currentl situation: paid £137 for a lost perfume, missed the birthday celebration, and unaware if I will be refunded at all. Deeply disappointed.

After complaining and sending photos regarding my recent order you haven't even bothered to reply. The order was incomplete and was not gift wrapped as you offered. The bag tie is damaged so no good. Very dissapointed with your service

The lack of customer service is appalling. I lost my job because of the pandemic and felt so down one day and really wanted to treat myself for once. Went into the JM store and the all experience was awful. I came out in tears. Contacted the customer service and of course I never even got a reply. The brand has gone incredibly downhill from years back and I strongly feel that that should reflect on the price.

If I could give zero stars I would. Such a terrible customer service for such an high end trademark. Right hand doesn't talk to the left hand and the costumer is the looser. From slow shipping to lack of communication and totally uncaring customer service rappresentatives I will never buy from Jo Malone again. They are not the only fish in the sea

Don’t buy from Jo Malone, the customer service is awful. If anything goes wrong with your order they will totally ignore you. I have still not received the return postage label to get a refund on the candle and they won’t take it back in the stores if you purchased online. Absolutely disgraceful. I do not recommend

The products are truly sensational ranging from perfumes in two bottle sizes, body creams, shower gels, soaps, candles and room defusers. Variety of scents are quite astounding. Packaging is very elegant. Prices start very reasonably and work up allowing customers a great choice of affordable gifts. The second is the wrapping. All purchases are boxed, placed in a branded bad, topped with tissue and tied with a bow. Always an well received gift.

I love how luxurious the Jo Malone packaging is. Every item is wrapped beautifully, including luxurious black bows - part of the iconic Jo Malone colours! With every order you are able to choose free samples - a fab way to discover new products. Great brand & amazing service!

I recently purchased a bottle of perfume for my wife's birthday from Jo Malone. The item was very slow to be despatched and I received no communication explaining this until I chased via Twitter. Their Customer Service team seem very disinterested. They also rejected my cashback claim through a 3rd party site for no reason. I definitely won't purchase from them again.
