I was quite pleased with the whole process from setting up the appt with Dylan and then Cody and Noah (if memory serves me right) came right on time August 24 calling ahead. They were very organized and efficient as well as being personable and caring. Would definitely call again.

There were two men working on the removal of 2 sheds. One was rather large and both the men should have been working on it together. Because of the size, the one person could not handle it alone. Because of this, a limb was torn off my apple tree and my flower bed was trampled with one of my rare plants getting crushed. Needless to say I was upset. Other than that they cleaned up after themselves as per usual.

I used your company for the first time in Mid August and the experience was great they quoted I agreed and the job was done I then called your company again for late August they quoted I agreed again but then the workers were rude to my customers told me about all the minimums and maximums they were going to do at one point I looked over and nothing was being put in the truck when I asked why again very rude and unprofessional I do this for a living now and would never use your company again sorry ! When I phoned later that day to voice my opinion the girl on the other end of the phone quite frankly could care less about my concerns that is terrible customer relations I now tell people about my experience and convince them never to use just junk have a nice day!

I already did one review. Was that a local one and this corporate..? The two gents were on time, thorough, professionally dressed with logo clothing, accepting of our discount coupon we received from Leon’s and the removal was quick and painless!

From the first phone call to the completion of the job every one was very polite and helpful. The two men who came to load the truck were very respectful and got the job done very quickly. If I ever need this type of service again I will certainly give them a call.

We had a team come in today to clean out my father's residence, as he has been placed in a home, I can't say enough about how professional, clean and efficient they were. They were on time, and had the whole house clean in less than 2 hours, and there was 62 years of stuff to get rid of. I would highly recommend them for any type of clean up job, my family was extremely impressed with the team, company and price.

I requested an estimate on behalf of a friend, and as promised your reps, 2 very nice young men called ahead and then showed up on time. My friend was somewhat overwhelmed as she had discovered a serious mouse infestation in her apartment / furniture, and your reps were polite, professional and considerate. They came back the next day and very efficiently removed everything as requested. I would definitely recommend your service!

In August we used this service on two different days to clear my in-law's house. All three men who came to do the work were fantastic, - wish I could remember their names to thank them personally. Very polite, informative and helpful. They worked so hard and moved all the items quickly and cleaned up afterwards which was beyond my expectations. Well worth the money paid. I would definately use Just Junk again.
