Placed my order on the 4th of April when the website was still advertising next day delivery.
Due to the current circumstances I expected delays of up to a week. However it is now the 29th of April.
No sign of my order and no reply to my emails asking for information on my order.

The only email I have received is a generic one advising orders are taking between 7 to 10 days to be delivered. I received this email on the 19th of April so 14 days after my order was placed.

Rather disappointing that they were quick to take payment but will not reply to my emails asking for information.

This order was for Favours for my up coming wedding so now having to look at alternative options and spend money which was ment for outher things.

Still awaiting my delivery which I ordered 11 days ago. Totally understand under the current circumstances that deliveries will be longer than expected, however I will not accept no reply to 3 emails I have sent chasing this up. I think this is unacceptable customer service. Paid via PayPal so will look now to seek a refund. Such a shame considering this was a gift for someone special. Very disappointed.

Communication around the order could have been better (originally 2-5 working days for delivery, then 5-10 and then went out of stock on one of the items).

However, products were good quality and had some good customer service in the end to get them to me by when I needed them!

Ordered over a week ago for a birthday gift, still not even shipped yet, so cancelled and ordered same through Amazon at same price and was delivered next day.
Not a good service, avoid

i ordered miniatures on 27th april i have tried to phone and email about this order still havent received it and have had to word of when it will be deivered cannot contact this company as there is no communications whatsoever would love to no when or if i ever get this c graham

Thank you, package arrived very safely packaged, did arrive a little later than expected due to the present circumstances totally acceptable, good choice of Courier. Yes you do deserve 5* well done. Look forward to re ordering.

misleading timescale for delivery, still waiting on goods 10 days after purchase even though payment has been taken.

** goods eventually dispatched after two weeks waiting for them to de returned to sender as damaged in transit! Nearly a month later, waiting on refund.

I am reviewing as i have been asked 3 times now to do so ,ehich is crazy as i am yet to recoebe conformation is on the way. Placed order 10th of April , as yet no notification as to when delivery will be. I am aware of the current situation with lockdown. I cannot rate the products.as none recieved, contacted yesterday asking for an update on my order no response as yet

Upon placing my order 17 days ago I was informed that the average delivery time was 10 days which is understandable given the circumstances. However, it has now been well over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I’ve been given no update - it’s as if the order has just been forgotten about. I’ve emailed and had no response. The delay is acceptable however the lack of updates is unacceptable. I don’t even know if this present for my friend will ever arrive?? If the company see this please please can you just send your customers and update to reassure them you haven’t just taken their money.

Good morning, I placed an order on the 6th April and was told it would be delivered in 2-5 days. I was also told I would receive emails about my purchase. The only email I've received is this one asking for feedback. Not even had a receipt of purchase even though money has been taken!
It also states on your website that if any order can be fulfilled straight away. You would be in contact via phone or email to say long it would take to get the stock, again this has not happened. I just want to know if you my product or not if you don't then just tell me so I cancel and get a refund. After reading a lot of your reviews online this not this first time this has happened to your customers as it been an ongoing issue for quite some time.

Regardless of current lockdown and their email of 10-15 working days delivery (not mentioned at time of ordering!) it's been 19 working days, 25 days total.
Only after a request for a refund have they stated it's now in the post and now subject to any postal delays.
I have despatched, and received things internationally with delivery in the same time.

Horrible service, 9 days before delivery and they swapped 7 bottles of Ciroc for Absolut without asking me if this was ok. Even charged me the price for the Ciroc. Now I’m left without decoration for a cake order I have for tomorrow.

I purchased a selection of gins to sample from this company they arrived 3 weeks late I still have to pay the delivery charge disgusting !!!!!
I tried to contact the customer services on numerous occasions They didn’t bother picking up the phone or replying to any of my emails I had to open up a dispute with PayPal and still nothing its better to avoid this website because if u had a problem as in They didn’t get your delivery You would never get your money back poor customer services !!!!

I placed my order at the end of April and had no update so I tried to e-mail - no response so I called, it took many many attempts to get through but once I had I was promised my order by the end of the week. My order still hasn’t arrived and for two whole days I have been attempting to make numerous calls with no success only just for the dial tone to occur sometimes meaning there’s obviously someone on the other end they just don’t want to speak. Very disappointed as this was a gift and it was quite a big order too.

Update -

Got an email after sending my 2nd email from yodel and then arrived a month after ordering. An acknowledgment would have been nice. Unbeknownst to me my wife ordered something from yourselves and the same thing happened.

I understand how Covid-19 is effecting business but it is being suggested all orders are that behind which if true needs to be mentioned on the website. During lockdown I have been sending a lot from various places and all arrived in a week.

Product was good when received by recipient. I have amended my rating from 2 to 3.

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and no update. Dispatch was meant to be between 2-5 days. I have tried to email, call and tweet to cancel but no response whatsoever.

Ordered on 20th, money taken out of bank on 21st. Quick... one week later not even a conformation. Their phone lines are down couldn’t e mail them , messaged them 10 days later , they said they would start my order now and it would be with me before the weekend, checked the history on the Monday , still not started it’s journey out of the factory, I know it’s only a small order but this is rubbish, , no reply to my latest message from them. Don’t know what to do now so I would let you all know how I feel. Totally disappointed.
