Avoid! Concerned where car was kept. Very slow drop off and pick up progress waiting 20mins for car on return. You pay your own entry and exit tickets which costs an extra £12. When it did arrive we noticed a piece of paper under our windscreen wiper saying “if you don’t live here, don’t park here!” When we questioned the company there was no attempt to explain or even apologise or offer an excuse. I asked for a receipt for our extra days parking to send to our insurance company after a cancelled flight and they did not respond on three occasions. Avoid at all costs.

unable to bring my car back to me as too busy, worse service I’ve used. Told me 40 minutes then took 75+ but I had to phone them. Poor communication, not to be trusted

DANGEROUS AND LAWLESS SERVICE - I mistakenly booked parking through www.comparetheairportparking.com from 11th - 22nd March - several quotes came up and naturally I went for the one that seemed the most reasonable - £79.00 turns out when the booking was made and paid for the date was only for 1 day!? Long Story short - I was only informed of this by Kangaroo parking on day 6 of my trip. I was told I would have to pay more - i didn't mind paying a reasonable amount more as there had clearly been some kind of error - but then they demanded £165.00 in cash without providing an invoice. They arrived with my car and no invoice - The car was filthy!! and they left me waiting for around 1hr 30mins after I had called to let them know of my arrival. On this call i asked to speak to a manager/super visor - and said without an invoice I would be unable to make a payment - as is my consumer right and how things are done legally! I had already pre-paid some money - of which i was still awaiting an invoice - The delivery driver refused to provide an invoice and then delivery driver tried to run/drive away with my keys - after attacking me to get them - the police were called. I was left with a bruised scratched/bleeding wrist. I would never recommend this company and will be doing everything in my power to ensure they never get the chance to do extort or hurt another person again.

Absolutely terrible. They took my money and sub-contracted Kangaroo Parking, who were 45 minutes late for pickup and drop off. Plus when the car was returned, it had a huge scratch down the side, clearly made with a key. When I contacted them, I got no response.

We left our 3 year old Mercedes with these people they were late picking up also 50 mins late on return even worse they clearly crashed it while in there care a month later my husband noticed the lights were not aligning on closer inspection underneath the chasi was being held together with screws. The front bumper was cracked and filled then resprayed! The only way to see all this is to get on the floor and look from underneath who does this our car was on our drive all this time in between my husband rides his bike to work these people will not take responsibility as we have no proof they know thus all we have had is an email saying it wasnt them it's going to cost £2000 to put right on top of what we played to have them "look after" it there a joke but not a funny one Do not use them

DO NOT USE kangaroo parking they change the drop off/collection to an area you could receive a fine had to wait 45 mins on collection also my front dashcam was pushed up and disconnected 3 minutes after driver collected our car also the rear dash cam was still connected but pushed up so i decided to view the video files from the rear camera and soon realised the files from that day were deleted from my sd card i tried to do data recovery but it seems they done more than delete files they must of done multiple overwrite so could not recover, they must be hiding something

Had to wait 25 minutes in freezing cold for the driver to arrive to fetch our car at Heathrow. They did not use the official dropoff point inside the parking garage. Similarly on our return they didn't use the official pickup point and we had to wait 30 minutes for the car to be returned even though we were on time as per our booking. Will not use again.

Used this Kangaroo parking meet and greet.on return the petrol was on red,also found another customers pick up details left on passenger side sun visor on the date of 28/04/2018 and we where still away then.Extra mileage was on the clock so they must of used my car to pick up other customers.
When we arrived home we notice a dent passenger side door,not notice until my wife spotted it.Contact three times by email Kangarooparking said they don't use customers car for pick up,
Recommend you DON'T use this company.

First time I used these muppets, it was just about acceptable, second time I used them, I followed the instructions and went to the drop off point as no one would answer the phone when I was 20 mins away.

Was then told I was in the wrong place and had to pay for an hours parking as it took them nearly 40 mins to get to me, which was only only one level down.

Currently I have been waiting 35 mins and they have told me that they will be another 20 mins as they have to get fuel for my car as the light is on. The light is always on, and I left a note and told the driver that this is fine.

After repeatedly telling the chap on the other end of the phone it is fine he hung up.

Not good service. Stay away people. Stay away!!

I do understand some of the 1* reviews because some of the stories sound terrible but, for me, I have used this co a dozen times this year alone, at both Heathrow and Gatwick (and Luton although thats another co just partnering with Kangaroo) and Ive got my car back with minimal mileage (less than 10 miles which is reasonable to get to and from wherever it is they put them) and no damage. For what you pay this is excellent vfm.

No they don't have fancy uniforms and it can take a few attempts to get them on the phone but you get what you pay for and you don't pay much with this business. I will happily keep using them until something bad happens to change that !

I wouldn't even give one star

we followed the instructions as per email and called 30 minutes before, it took four phone calls for them to understand that we were 30 minutes away as they couldn't understand English, I spoke to 3 different people! Wen then followed the instructions as per email, we called them to advise we had arrived and apparently we were in the wrong place - even tough that's what the email specified!

we come back from holiday and called them once we had collected our bags when they advised a 30 minute wait.... some meet and greet service! so we waited at level 5 as we were asked to do. the guy working then drove past us in my car and told us we needed to go to level four.. so we go to level four and waited ten minutes for him to turn up - did he get lost? he finally arrives, struggling to drive my car - he parks up and gets out to pay for the ticket... LEAVING THE HANDBREAK OFF!!!! we asked him to put it on, we were ignored after shouting at him to put it on he finally twigged on.

my car was cleaned prior to arriving to the airport. when I received it it was absolute filthy, covered in bird poo and mud!

I wouldn't bother with this company. any alternative is easier than this shambles! no one knows what they are doing and struggle to communicate!

Called them 25 minutes before arrival to then have to wait 30 minutes in the rain at the drop off ramp rather then short stay car park as advertised. Parking enforcement officers repeatedly asked us to move. On calling the contact number i was told several times my driver was 5 minutes away, clearly this was not the case. On return we called once luggage was collected to be told we had to wait an hour for our car to be returned to us. After explaining my mother is disabled we still sat waiting for our car to be delivered, after
48 minutesi was told the car would be delivered to the drop off bay at departures within 10 minutes, 15 minutes later the car arrived. Will never use this unprofessional "meet and greet" service again!

If only I could put zero stars - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

45 minutes it took them to bring back my car this morning !!!!

We spoke to others who also had same experience

Don’t bother using them to save a few ££ it’s not worth it

We called them as soon as we collected luggage and they said it would be 25 minutes which was bad enough

But it was 45 minutes what an absolute joke

Called within the 30 minute window as advised and spoke to a call handler who spoke very little English who then proceeded to shout at me down the phone because I couldn't understand him. Finally managed to grasp that he was asking me to go to the drop off area rather than short stay. Rang again on arrival and had to wait 20 mins for someone to collect the car. On return, rang when we had collected our luggage only to be told to wait 15 mins, which turned out to be 25 mins in the rain with young children. Not sure this service can be deemed 'meet and greet' given the level of customer service and waiting time.
Will never use again!

I have used a number of different meet-and-greet parking providers at Heathrow over the past five years. However, Kangaroo Parking is by far the most unprofessional and, what could be deemed, illegal practice on how they advise customers to drop-off or collect their car at Terminal 5. Firstly, their telephone manner has to be questioned on being very direct and discourteous prior to the drop-off and collection. The most concerning point is regarding their practice by encouraging customers to illegally drop-off and collect their car at Terminal 5 drop-off ramp. kangaroo Parking email contract clearly states in their terms and conditions for customers to use the meet-and-greet parking area on level four - as like many of the other providers. However, at both the drop-off and collection, Kangaroo Parking advised me to use the drop-off ramp. The alarming point to note is that by doing this is strictly prohibited and will incur a £40 on the spot fine - clearly stated on the signage in the drop-off area. The is completely unacceptable to advised customers at the last minute when they drop-off or collect their car. The purpose of having such a restriction is to avoid this behaviour and ensure all customers use the meet-and-greet parking provided on level 4 so as to enable the smooth transition of people at Terminal 5. By one company exploiting and showing a complete disregard of the law will no doubt lead to other issues. I will be writing to Heathrow management company (Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd) advising them of this illegal practice. By-no-means, a meet-and-greet parking company should force costumers to undertake any illegal practices -not acceptable. I will not being using this company again and strongly urge other customers to use other providers, even if it costs a few £s more...better than receiving a £40 fine.

Do not use, we had a 45 minute wait for the driver to arrive when dropping off, nearly missed our flight, kept calling and the driver advised each time he was 5 minutes away. On arrival back in the UK we called to be told to remain in the terminal because the security gates couldn’t be opened, another wait of 35 minutes.
To make matters worse, all of our petrol had been used after filling £20.00 in the tank only 8 miles from Heathrow and not a drop when returned.
Rubbish service and now calling the police to report them.
