We did the 7 Kapalua Ziplines and it was amazing! Both of our guides were awesome and made us feel VERY safe. It was our first times ever doing this and we can’t wait to come back. Both guides recommended amazing places to eat on the island which was very helpful. We went on Monday October 14, 2019. We have already recommended friends to check this place out.

I've been two years in a row with different people. The guides were likable and helpful. Lots more fun the second time around, less scared. We got to know the other folks... Europe, Conus, Downunder. I tried racing... extra water bottle was full giving me an edge. Our guide helped with restaurants and hiking trails. Definitely a winning event.

My wife and I went here on our Honeymoon in September 2019 and it was an absolute blast! We've also ziplined at the #1 rated facility located in Gatlinburg, TN, but without a doubt, Kapalua Ziplines is far superior. Kapalua has better views, longer ziplines, and friendly staff, such as Ethan and Joe. We recommend this to any thrill-seeking couples/friends, because you will not be disappointed.

Andy, our zip line tour guide was so awesome. We all felt safe with him. He seemed very experienced, and was personable and friendly, and he made sure we all had a great time zipping through the mountainside. We would all do it again!

I was so scared and nervous leading up to the first line and Rachel & Kyle were so comforting, funny, & friendly. I tell everybody about Kapalua Ziplines and we will be back to do this zip line again.

September 18th we did the 1130am zip. Chech was easy and quick. The young lady in the office was very pleasant. Your zip guides were friendly, fun and informative. Awesome experience!!!

Clean facilities, very personal greeters... Guides could be more personable and organized when zippers arrive a little interaction would have been nice and tried to call for 2 days and no answer... answering machine full... otherwise had a great time and love your views....Felt safe, and guides out in field were knowledgeable and professional.

Kapalua Ziplines added just another fun day to our family trip to Maui. It was everything we expected and more. A few of us had ziplined elsewhere before, a few had not ziplined at all. For the repeat zipliners, they all said this experience was much better than they had the first time. For us novices, we enjoyed the thrill, excitement, and feeling of safety that only comes from a professionally run zipline company like Kapalua Ziplines. Our guides were informative and insightful. All in all, just a really fun day!

I know this review is long overdue, but myself, my fiancée, Julia Gibson, and her sister, Olivia had an awesome time at the Kapalua Ziplines. Our guide Mark and his assistant Nai were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful and made our overall experience fantastic. I'm usually pretty afraid of heights, but with Mark's good humor, relaxed attitude, and obvious focus on safety, I felt incredibly at ease and was able to truly enjoy the experience and amazing views more so than I thought I was going to be able to. The ziplines were for sure a high point of our trip to Maui and we'll treasure the photos and videos that Mark took forever. Also, we're recommending Kapalua Ziplines to everyone we know who is planning on making a trip out to Maui and it's probably something we'll do again when we return.
