The first order I placed was cancelled because the product was out of stock. Would have been a better experience if the website had indicated the product wasn't available before I made the purchase. Hoping this second purchase goes through okay. Would appreciate confirmation that the order will be fulfilled.

The process went very well. I was on a time crunch, and not many others offered the delivery in time. You did, and got it done. Thanks. Never saw tracking/shipping updates so had to wonder if it was going to make it in time, but it did.

I am a skeptic. I was really afraid of buying from a place I knew nothing about. When I emailed questions about my order, I recieved prompt responses. My purchase was actually delivered sooner than expected. I have not put it together yet, but all the parts seem to be there and it it looks fantastic! Had some issues with trying to order on your website due to so many scripts running at once. When I first got on your website there as a pop-up that showed a discount. When I was ordering what I need there was no way to go back to get discount code that had popped-up earlier.

I bought four 3-set Life time raised garden beds. Everywhere else has sold out. I was happy to find these at the better price than others, also free shipping and tax free. Yes, it took a little longer than other stores to ship. But it is worth the wait. Kit superstore let me know it was because of direct shipment from factory. They also gave me approximate shipping time. They arrived earlier than expected. I will recommend this item and Kit Superstore.

Purchased a couple kayaks. Overall fairly pleased. The status update on the website was vague, initially had a status of payment received and nothing else. It stayed like this for a few days, at which point I contacted customer service and left a message anticipating a callback but none came. Then sent an email, and received a response within a few hours. All my questions were answered and my expectations set for delivery. Kayaks arrived within a couple weeks. They did arrive a little scuffed as the packaging was torn. Although a little disappointed, I accepted the product. They're kayaks, and are going to get scuffed after the first use. This was my first purchase from KitSuperStore, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The overall experience was good and wouldn't hesitate from ordering from them again.

Kitsuperstore was easy to purchase from but there third party delivery company was horrible. My shed was in the shipping warehouse for a month. Multiple call to them without 1 call back. Can't blame everything on covid!!!

Placing the order was very easy on 15 June the money came out of our account immediately. On their website they act like you can get it in a couple weeks it turned into almost 4 weeks before we received our order. The delivery date was July 13. we found out where the order was and went and picked it up our self to get it sooner. And got it on July 8. The swing set itself is awesome!
