When I first began using Kizoa several years ago it was quite functional. Not completely user friendly, but it was possible to learn your way around and create a fairly nice movie/slide show. But recently it's function has declined markedly, stopping my projects midstream after a great deal of effort, with no support from Kizoa. Constantly unable to upload critical photos and collages after putting in a great deal of work. Very, very frustrating. If you are looking for a dependable media production application I can no longer recommend Kizoa. Definitely look elsewhere because this one has become a dead end.

Can not get in touch with the company. I no longer have access to the email address that I used to sign up to make the video. How do I get the URL to the video so I can record it for her. It is very upsetting for an 86 year old to have her husbands memorial video just vanish one day. She has watched it every day since my Grandfather died. I would like someone to send me the updated URL. I am so very upset they have devastated my Grandmother. We have no other copies. FIX THIS!!!

I paid for Kizoa last year & created an amazing video for Fathers Day. I was so impressed I chose to purchase one of the upgrades and it was supposed to be for 12 months. A few months later I was denied access to my account which kept telling me my subscription had expired. Not happy!!

Paid for a premium lifetime subscription and have had nothing but problems. When adding a gif to an image there doesn't seem to be a way to make it stick' without saving the whole slideshow. After that, the gif frame appears on all the images (without the gif) until I close the site & browser and pull it up again. Sometimes, when uploading photos or downloading a completed video it gets stuck and I have to start it over again. When I copy the link to share the online version, it only provides a link to the original slideshow I made, not the current version after edits.. I've tried calling the customer support number but there was no answer. Not even a recorded message to say there is no one in the office due to Covid-19 if that is the case. An email sent three days ago hasn't been answered or acknowledged Overall, I feel that I've been ripped off and it would be great if either the problems could be resolved or I could actually reach someone to get a refund.

Good company but I don't want any relation, as I regard their E-mails, as SPAM and FISHING! I don't want to hear their offers, and I am sure, they will stop frustrating and creating E-mail problems! If they continue violating the GDPR Law, I will complain to the Authorities of France, in the Embassy of my country and also in Social Media! I tried to unsubscribe, but they made it not done, and they repeat sending spam-fishing messages! PLEASE, never send anything again, to keep the good reviews, instead of bad reviews! I don't want any connection! I am deeply sorry! Don't bother again!

I am putting together a 600 slide show for our 6th grade graduation. Everything on the preview using the program was perfect. I timed all of my songs to where they needed to be and transition effects. When I went to burn it on a DVD, the first song starts off in the middle of the song. I tried contacting them, but am unsure how to do that. I called the number they have on their website, but it directs you to put in a person's extension or indicate the person's last name and then it hangs up if you don't have that information. Any thoughts as I have to burn this movie 52 times by June 5th!!!!

Since last year I haven't been able to use Kizoa. Numerous attempts to get the problem fixed through support failed. I keep getting the message: "This content cannot be modified because it does not belong to you" when I want to delete images. Also, uploading doesn't always work. I loved working with Kizoa, but now I'm really disappointed.

My Girl Scout Troop bought a membership for this website to be able to work on movie maker badges. We created a slideshow with it in June. Was easy to use and worked great. I go to log in and it is simply GONE. I can no longer access our slideshow we put hours into making. Nor the pictures we uploaded. This company stole from us. Hard earned cookie money is GONE. Incredibly frustrated. Their Facebook and Twitter accounts are also POOF GONE!

After making a slight bit of noise on social media, they contacted me back. They ignored requests for a refund, but did clarify the problem with being unable to edit video clips. They had told me in an old email they'd for sure fix it. That was a lie. They now say they are not going to fix it. They are continuing to sell full priced memberships, have no warning on their site that you can't edit clips, and the part of the program that did it still shows up. It is beyond misleading. This is criminal theft. It's tantamount to selling coffee makers that don't make coffee. They actually offer up going to a different free program to edit clips, render clips, then bring them into Kizoa. That's not video editing. That is stealing. They know it, they keep selling it. Hit them and hit them hard. This is the shadiest thing I've been taken in on. Could have just refunded me. Now it's a bigger fight.

I had this application for awhile, but noticed, lately when I try to forward the link or email to my friends they are unable to view the movie. My membership is limited and in the past we had no problems and I enjoy using this application. Presently, I am unable to send my movies via email or link, it comes out blank to my friends. Not sure what is going on. Would love to continue using, but it is not useful if my friends cannot see my movies. Thank you and hope others are not having this issue???

I love the features of the product but a few things. I cant figure out how to delete extra slides that are not needed. the music selections are not the greatest. and I've now lost my project twice due to the website freezing. even if I don't close my computer down. When I go back my work is gone. It is frustrating. I spend many hours personalizing my project for my loves birthday today..

its good but i cannot edit my video to cut and remove some part that i don`t need and i want more effects its a little bit slow too to work online i wish i can work offline much faster ,they have cool none copyright music it would be ice if they will put more>:):):) also if i can insert funny elements to improve my video and more effects please then im thinking to buy it lifetime...

I cannot even get into the site anymore. Shows an icon telling me to click where the green arrow is, but there's nothing there on my computer. The two examples it shows don't apply. Haven't been able to access the site at all. I loved using it before, but have been trying other sites now because Kizoa changed things to make it inaccessible for me. Sooooo frustrating!

Last year I purchased the lifetime starter package to create a movie for my speech class and it worked perfectly. I have been trying to create a movie for two days now because the videos are taking forever to upload.

I love Kizoa. It has allowed me to make epic birthday, anniversary and all sorts of other videos. The premium is worth it so that I can add my own music - but even before I went premium your music selection is very good and can be used in all sorts of ways.

I use Kizoa almost weekly and find it a great tool. My only issues with it is that sometimes it doesn't save my collages or projects, and t doesn't allow me to mute the sound of a video slide and play music over the top. Other than that it's been really useful for me.

ZERO STARS. POINTLESS. Download stops at 99%...nothing else ever happens after that. The entire purpose of this is to create a video and it cannot complete one 39 second video with 8 slides. WHAT A JOKE. Also I find it bizarre that and archaic that Kizoa doesn't seem to recognize png images with transparent backgrounds-instead it inserts a blacked out background. Everything is super generic, but I thought with the option of uploading your own images and gifs that'd give more freedom of use but the gifs don't upload and Kizoa can't recognize transparent backgrounds. What is the point really.

The site was great but what a ripoff. We as a non profit were so excited to find a place to showcase animals that were in need. We paid the unlimited package for the unlimited time, so the most expensive package available as we thought this was something we could use alot.. Imagine our surprise with the link was no longer working and no way to get an answer from anyone very shortly after we paid

purchased the advanced program and have not been able to edit my videos for over 6 months. They acknowledge the issue was on their end and committed to refund my money. 6 emails and 2 months later I still have no refund. I have not been able to process my videos and it appears they are not going to do what they said they would. Stay away from this company. Very unhappy ! Lamar H

I paid for a proffessional lifetime subscription 3 months ago. There are sooooo many problems and bugs in the software, it's unbelievable. I am so desperate becouse I try to make a movie for my son Bar mitzvah which is coming soon and have so many problems all the time. I have tried so many times to call and to send e-mails but nobody respond. it is such a shame that you know to take the subscription money but the service you give is completely zero!
