I purchased a Westwood Vanity unit (800mm wide) from KMS and have nothing but praise for them, we ordered it lunch and it was here the following day, less than 24 hours for delivery is pretty impressive. I have installed it myself as a confident DIY'er and had no problems at all, the unit itself is well made and easy to assemble, and it looks stunning, very sleek and modern, it looks like something that would cost 3 or 4 times the price, the sink is great quality also, a perfect very modern shape. I was a little dubious about buying online without seeing it but I needn't of worried, it is better quality than I expected, I can't rate this unit enough.

Was worried after ordering then reading reviews, but received my dressing table within three days and absolutely love it. Went together perfectly and is stunning! Price was fabulous, cheapest on ebay, with free postage ... Can't moan at that!!

Chairs turned up next day, one chair got a flaw and one got a longer leg than the other 3, it’s like a rocking horse, sent email and was advised to fix it my self lol , sent further more & no reply’s Phoned the company only to speak to hitler who clearly don’t give a toss Avoid this company, I wish I read the reviews first

I ordered through Amazon and was getting next day delivery only to get a message to say sorry that I was out when you ride to deliver my package and a card had been left through the letterbox. This is utter rubbish there was no attempted delivery and no calling card 4 people were in the house all day so who knows where you tried to deliver to? I was then given the option for another delivery day which was today a still no delivery 12 hrs after a message confirming my delivery would be day! Once again 4 people in all day. What great customer service you have. I will be reporting on to Amazon i he ole they don't use you anymore.

Bought a fox hunter roller vanity case for my granddaughter to use for ballet dancing items, so not over loaded with weight. The foot bent and tore away from the case like a piece of baco foil. Do not buy from these people, very poor quality. Obviously not built for purpose.

Ordered blast cabinet off their Amazon site, said free UK postage. They then cancelled the order telling me their couriers couldn't deliver to my area. Checked the couriers listed and all deliver to my area daily. Amazon told me they had cancelled the order as out of stock, yet still advertised and available. I believe they told Amazon that to comply with conditions. This is a poor excuse for a business and best to be avoided. There are plenty of reputable alternatives. DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

Ordered a really nice bench for the garden for an amazing price, it was delivered within 5 days to northern Ireland for FREE which I was over the moon about. it took only 40 mins to put together and it looks perfect. I am really happy with this service & I am just about to place an order for dining chairs. 5 star service, thank you
