Samir Yusuf came and did Gas Safety Check, phoned before comeing, explained everything, fast and prompt, Thx Samir and nice to meet you, :)

Very polite engineer and explained the process clearly very efficient work carried out and completed in half an hour .

I've booked appointment online for 9am Monday morning.

Sunday late night I received email saying I should wait 2 or 3 hours for engineer to arrive.
When I emailed them back saying this is not convenient, I got another email saying engineer will arrive 5 minutes before 12..????????????????????????????????.
This company is a joke, I told them this will be showing on trustpilot, they reply was WE WILL REPLY ON YOUR REVIEW.

Two complains a) They have changed the day arranged and b) I realized that after their visit my boiler stop working and then I had to hire another service to resolve the problem that I didn't have before it.

I asked for Saturday appointment and the company gave me Saturday appointment. Their Engineer contacted me one hour before his arrival. He came in time and carried out the job. He explained me what he did . He gave a very good service , much better than Br. Gas with whom I had contract for almost 15 years.

Arrived 3 hours late. Certificate not sent that evening as promised. This made me lose a booking as I didn’t have my certificate.

Engineer turned up 6 hours late, completely ruining all plans on a Saturday. No apology. I contacted the office about this and they didn't even bother to reply. The engineer said I would get the certificate that night. 5 days later, I had to email the company again to request the certificate. The inspection itself was quick and very basic. Cheap but definitely won't use again.

The man rocked up at my house, busted my gas meter then stated as its now not working he is unable to carry out the gas safety Inspection and would have to come another day. I was fuming as I had already taken time off work to get it done. He then proceeded to tell me if i didn't continue with the electrical testing he would charge me call out fee as he would not get paid. I got quite angry at that as I felt this whole incident started with him and he had the cheek to tell me about call out charges which was never mentioned to me by the company at point of booking. He rang office and they said to waiver any call out fee. He then left my home without turning off the gas meter dispute knowing that there was a strong smell of gas omitting from the meter. As the smell started to quickly seep into the house through the open window and was very strong I contacted British gas immediately. He did say he would call national grid to report the meter himself, but as a precaution I called British gas myself as I had my little girl in the house who could also smell the gas. I am disgusted by this firm and would never recommend anyone to their services as you don't know what cowboy person will be attending. British gas were efficient and came within half hour and put a new meter in. I will never deal with this firm again.

I was expecting 9am appointment but the engineer turned up at 6pm lucky I only live down the road ,the engineer was very good and polite (booking side not so good )
