Ordered on 8/15 but didn't receive item until Sat 8/25 so shipping slower than I expected. I rec'd a tracking # on the 17th but was not able to view until the 20th and that is the date it appears to have actually shipped. Went from TX to IN ??? to AZ. They may need a new shipping vendor.

I have not received my laptop battery, so I cannot say anything for the quality of the merchandise. I had read that the reseller was slow in delivering, and now seeing that my laptop battery will take two weeks from the day I ordered, I will need to agree. It seems in this era, shipping should be much quicker & efficient.

I paid for overnight shipping, but they sent it ground - made no attempts to rectify the situation - basically just an "oh well" reply... and it seems as if maybe this is a home-run operation because I keep getting the same person - it seems there is only one customer service rep "Keaira" and no one answers the phone number given.
Wish I would have read reviews earlier. Even some of their responses to reviewers seems to have an underlying sense of sarcasm. Company project held up because of this bad choice. Disappointed.

2hrs later - Keiara has answered the phone - I spoke to the Manager Tanya Pierce & the situation has been resolved. I have to change this review. Speaking to Tanya seems to have changed the entire situation. Thank you Tanya!

Best price for the item I was looking for, free shipping arrived in 5 days, well packed and worked as expected.

Several years ago, we purchased a replacement lamp for a DLP television with an additional two year warranty. The first lamp that was delivered ended up being defective within several weeks, and after some frustrating back and forth with a former customer service specialist, Tanya stepped in to remedy the situation and was very professional and friendly. Fast-forward to several weeks ago, and the lamp burned out again, but we were still in our warranty period. We coordinated the RMA with Laptops4Less and I could not have been happier to learn that Tanya was still on the other end of the line. She provided all the necessary information for us to ship the defective bulb back to their facility for testing, confirmed it to be defective, and a replacement bulb is currently on back order for shipment to us. Though my initial impression of Laptops4Less was somewhat negative, I believe they have turned the customer service around to be responsive, courteous, fair, and personable. I would not hesitate returning to their website for additional items.

Paid Priority Shipping which should have been for Saturday delivery but order status shows it arriving Monday. This is a refrigerator part which I really need and now don't have! Not a good first impression.

Was considering buying a replacement 12 cell battery for my A505 Satellite directly from Toshiba because they had it on sale when I needed it, but found a compatible L4L one with a 10% discount that wound up being half the total Toshiba price, even with their discount. That alone made the battery a superb value. Arrived in about a week and is working fine. Took me a while to get around to installing it because I wanted to determine exactly my old battery was lasting. The length of battery life is within expectations. Laptop not hibernating anymore, just shuts off, but that is a relatively minor problem and may or may not be the battery's fault. I am very happy with this purchase and would purchase from L4L again as long as the battery lasts a reasonable time. Thank you, Ron.

I ordered three batteries for three different laptops and all three batteries are working and powering just fine. My little Asus Netbook is running over 6 hours on the battery. I am a happy customer. Will be back when these batteries wear out!

I second what ficf wrote. Ordered a laptop battery. It was cracked when received and requested a return merchandise authorization, RMA. Received an automated reply with a number and that contact would be made the next business day. No contact so I called four days later. No answer to the call and was asked to send an email. Sent another email and received another automated reply but no contact again. The live chat hasn't been online during the very many times I accessed the website. Because of my experience it is my opinion that Laptopsforless.com is NOT a reputable merchant.

Bought an iphone 4 8g for $149 for Christmas gift..got it and it was locked with another persons apple Id and when I returned it and stated so expecting another phone or refund instead I received the same phone back and a note saying I was a liar telling me it was not the same phone:/ needless to say I reported them to Amazon and they refunded me..disgraceful conduct!!

I placed an order on 9/5/13 and on 9/18/13 I still don't have it. I called the company several times and they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their customer service reps have argued with me and have hung up on me along with having horrible attitudes. They claimed that the website notified me before making the purchase that it was out of stock, which it did NOT. They have now supposedly shipped my order and it left Texas on the 12th and now its gone to Indiana for whatever reason and were are in Arizona. We will never be ordering from this company again.

was concerned with buying a control board for my 6yr old Whirpool Accubake oven @ home from a company with the name Lap Tops for Less you would think from their name they are a lap top company for lap tops. But while searching Amazon for the part i needed this company popped up as a cheaper place to buy a 400.00 part. Guess what they had the part that others were selling for 350.00 and up & the manufacturer wanted over 600.00 well i got that control board from Lap Tops for Less for under a 100.00 bucks.it arrived today & i put it in the stove & all works lovely now. & if i am ever in need of a part agan i will be looking to this company again. I am very satisfied. Thanks for saving Thanksgiving dinner at our house.

Sorry I feel this way? Its not a feeling, it is the facts. Being that you are customer service manager Tanya then maybe you should contact your boss and tell him about this instead of caring about my feelings and so easily canceling my order. PATHETIC.

I had no trouble finding the exact battery I needed. The site was easy to navigate and ordering waS QUICK.

I ordered batteries from this firm a week ago, yet I have not yet received it. Their tracking information shows that they sent it by USPS Parcel Post, which will take over a week, yet they could have sent it by 1st Class Mail for less cost and I would have received it days ago. This is unacceptable!

We did receive the battery we orderedfor one of our laptops. However, even though it says it is for the model laptop we have, it is the wrong battery. I contacted the company to get an RMA to return the item and got an email back saying we would hear from someone in no more than 24 hrs. That was over a week ago and I have sent another email and received the same response. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

Ordered a laptop battery on 8/2/2015. I received a message that it was shipped on 8/3/2015 via UPS. On 8/6/2015, received an exception email from UPS that the package was empty and they would notify the shipper. Now, when I try to get on the www.laptopsforless.com website, it is no longer a up. Now I get to see how I get my money back or try to get the battery. It is companies like this that really make internet sales scary.....I would be VERY leary of buying something from this company.

This third party repair shop in Texas sells items on "back order". The result is that their delivery time is longer than satisfactory. Secondly the refurbished items may come without chargers which makes them as useless as "cars without wheels". The headache of searching for the appropriate charger and the extra cost of purchasing it makes their low prices unattractive. Furthermore, when one wishes to return an item they tell you that their fine print (somewhere in their documentation) calls for 25% restocking fee. My advise is never to buy from this outfit. Buyer beware. I was sucked in for the last time.

I was asked to provide my drivers license for a $150 purchase. Tanya let me know that they required this before my purchase would be released due to fraudulent activity this day and age. My fiancé and I purchased a home in July, so neither one of have a drivers license showing our new home address where the item was being shipped. After I questioned why I needed to provide my license after I already paid for the item, Tanya let me know her "investigation" did not associate either of our names to the shipping address. I do not like being accused of fraudulent activity. I requested the order to be cancelled and attached the top portion of our most recent bank statement addressed to both of us, to the shipping address. She gladly cancelled the order without any apology or offer to put the order through. Her emails were negative with a rude connotation, not needed for an online shopping experience. Will not be giving this site a thought in the future.
