I have used twice now and have found this app to be very user friendly. Always find good prices. Have not had any problems from start to finish. Will use as my go to app for travelling.

I was recently subject to the Emirates flight suspensions - Lastminute swiftly ensured I was not charged for the cancelled flights.

they have to provide the deal advertised - I booked on the basis of book 3 nights, fourth night free, but it didn't go through to give me the 4th night. I emailed, rang support and was promised a reply/ Nothing happened, rang again, was told the offer didn't exist.hey had no record of my call and email. I had a screen shot showing it, emailed it to the support person, was promised a response within 72 hours but nothing happened. Will ring again. Shouldn't have to though.

Last minute said once I booked I would pay the hotel fee at the hotel. Then a day later it was taken out of my account, causing my account to be over drawn and given a fee

I booked a flight for my sister and mum from Addis Ababa to Melbourne. When they arrived at Addis Ababa Airport there is no flight from Addis Ababa to Johannesburg which connects to qantas airline to Melbourne. I tried to contact you on the phone number you listed but it transfers me to America office. And their response was to contact Australia’s last minute. I tried many time the same thing happened. My mum and sister still in Ethiopia because of you. You should advice customers if your flights are canceled prior to airport arrival. Now, I want a refund and their expenses caused by your carelessness. And make you customer service available to talk to them about any issues related to flights.

Booked a hotel recently for a trip later this year and seems like a good deal. It was simple and straightforward to book, however one thing to be aware was that the full amount was charged up front. Looking forward to the trip and there is some peace of mind with the free cancellation policy if the trip falls through, however the test will be in the refund process if that is the case.

My booking was accepted on Wed17 Mar 2020 ( 7526072493982) and payment taken from my credit card.
I was called shortly after by the motel (Corrigans cove) to inform me that they had no rooms and that LastMinute should not have sold me the room.
I had to make other arrangements.
I expect immediate refund of the funds taken from my account and would expect my additional costs covered as I had to pay a much higher rate to get accomm at another hotel.

I tried on the evening of the 17th March and all day yesterday to get hold of someone at Last minute to cancel my booking for tonight and tomorrow night and after waiting an hour I gave up and I couldn't cancel on my mobile and had to wait till I got back from travelling last night to cancel and now I have lost one nights accommodation- very bad

I had looked on another site and the second time they started the dynamic pricing, which is horrible. The price went up by $139 while I was going through the booking process.

So, I started again on lastminute and got an even better deal with no change in price during the process.

We arrived at our accommodation and unlocked the door and there was a poor old lady already in there she arrived the day before. Rang the manager and he apologised and said we could had another room for half price. We get there and it smelt of mildew really bad so I opened all the windows and got some glen 20 off the cleaner. Went to shut the window and it doesn’t latch and the glass sliding door doesn’t lock only the screen door locks so I didn’t feel that the room was safe enough to leave our things in there so we left them in our car. We went out and came back about 9.30pm and guess what there was someone in our room. They just said that it’s ok they would leave. I can’t believe that this happened once but twice it’s a ****** joke, never stay there again

I accidentally booked the hotel a day late. I immediately realized what i had done and spent half an hour on the phone waiting to speak to customer service. I was told the computers were down and the man told me to 'phone back at 4pm'. I called back and after 33 minutes, the phone went dead. The next day, I called 3 times waiting 30 minutes each time to speak to someone to change the booking. Each time the phone was answered then went dead. I can't email anyone or change the booking on line. I am HUGELY disappointed and do not recommend using lastminute.com.au

Excellent quick response - managed to get an oversea hotel in less than 24 hours. The hotel was brilliant and the service from lastminute w awesome!!

The ecolodge owner (Keith) was very hospitable and I was privileged to stay in an old rail carriage. Really lovely surroundings
