Purchased a Lebara renewal voucher end of April 2017
When tried to activate my subscription online, I received an error message saying that the voucher had been already activated. Sent several email to the support but in vain. Evevry time they turn around with the same questions. Turned to the shop Skyrose at Paris ( Gard du Nord )
The owner seems to be absent every time and I have to wait till his return.
It seems a combined scam between the lebara team and the local vendors

I had my SIM stolen yesterday and they already have a new one sent to me today with my old number and the packages I paid for. The response was quick and very helpful, and as soon as they found out I don't speak French they changed to English - this has never happened to me in France!

Account balances set to zero if not used within the 90 days but this is not easily found on the website. It is also not easy to contact anyone or to search the site for information. Both my phones have a package that covers my calls so I don't need to use the Topup amount and can't use it to purchase the monthly package. They just take your money without warning.

I bought a SIM card in Munich, Lebara smart 3 gb for 25 euros and I thought it would work anywhere in Europe. That’s what the girl told me. Now I’m in Nice, France and it doesn’t even show Lebara on the screen. I tried turning my phone off and on a million times, I changed the network data to lebara.mobi and the password to wap but nothing happened, I tried the other network buoygues but it doesn’t work either. I contacted their customer service via email, they didn’t answer. I chatted with one of their help guys but they told me I should contact the German lebara service help because they have no idea how their stupid company works and apparently they are not united and to get help in a different country from the same company is impossible. They couldn’t even tell me if I could refund. Lebara is the worst phone company in the world, there’s no help if you get a problem and I think phone companies in Afghanistan work better than lebara ffs. I strongly recommend not to use Lebara.

Good value for money but some things are really unsettling and creepy like being suddenly unable to access anything in my account page as if I was a new user and being only able to access it again after sending a verification code to the number and starting the registration process again (which it's asking me to go through but for obvious reasons won't let me complete since it's already been done 8 months ago... Hmm...

4G started working after 9 days of my 14 days stay in Paris. Called them daily but guys from India couldn’t do anything.
Their SMS about the same conditions abroad is a LIE!!!!!!
They give you only 5GB abroad and not as the sms says: as if you were in France. Liers. Sucked 40€ by this.
The app is very good.
Top up process is very good.
Fast internet in FR and abroad with 4G.
