I have been searching the internet for the lasy 2 days for cci br4 small rifle primers. Each vendor noted "out of stock"finally LG OUTDOORS have them at a decent overall price & shipping time. Very pleased,they are on the way.

I purchased three bags of 260 Rem brass on Dec 13. The fact that the listing showed a quanity of three bags available was why I purchased three bags. Now, over two weeks later I received an email that my order status was changed to "backordered". If the merchandise wasn't available the listing should have reflected that, and I would have purchased the brass elsewhere. The payment for the brass has already been taken out of my bank and I am sitting here waiting on a product that the seller apparently didn't have on hand to sell.

Taking two days to pay isn't an extraordinary amount of time, and when you take the customers money it should only be for items in stock. If I had waited a week or more then the response about taking too much time to pay might have some merit.

Also turned around and left negative FB for me on the auction site saying I was "hard to deal with". Lets see, I took a "buy now" option for a product and paid in within three days. Then after two weeks and two days, I received an email telling me the purchase was backordered. Then in email follow up was told it was my fault for "taking too long to pay" I should have paid immediately or stand a chance of the product not being on hand. That they have too many listings on the site to hold products when people buy them. They seemed to think that a mention about stock availability in the fine print of the listing, excuses this sort of business practice. So, I guess others can judge for themselves who was actually "hard to deal with" in this case. Buyer beware.

I made an order on December 24th for ammo that was "In Stock". Until December 31st the status was "Open" and then changed to back ordered. I understand ammo is hard to find right now and when it comes in it doesn't take long to sell out, but I wonder how many other people paid the $70 like I did for something they may or may not get. I've never dealt with a company that will take money before they ship a product and will NEVER do business with LG again.

I needed a couple 15 round magazines for my ruger. L G Outdoors seemed to have a real time in stock amout listed at fair prices, also fast service shipped right out; I would order other items again:)

Placed an order and the shipped it< got all the way to Oakland CA, UPS sent it back because of improper packaging. Called and spoke with their joke of a "Customer Service Department" was told that the package was going to be received that day and would take 8 to 10 days to process. I told them you already know what was in the package because they already debited my bank account, just send me the same things and package it correctly, simple enough to me! not to them however. I was told the did not know what was missing so they couldn't reship! I reminded them that I was already out the $ and had nothing to show for it and the correct thing to do was reship it overnight and settle it with the shipping company, No way they could do that according to them. I told them after quite a long conversation to just refund my $, was told it would take 5 to 7 business days, still waiting!

I placed an order with them over a week ago. Was advised they would email me confirmation, never did. Now a week later, still don't have product, or email confirmation. Customer service is extremely rude, unprofessional. Also beware, they record phone conversations without letting you know. I was told product was supposed to come today, due to a problem at ups I now must wait until next week to receive my order. I needed these magazines for this weekend. Spoke to customer service manager Kevin, who could care less and advised me that it's my problem. I urge you never to use this company, I can't imagine them surviving for ever with that attitude.

I hate to even give them one star! I ordered a bow for my son for Christmas. They supposedly shipped it - NEVER got it. My tracking said returned by post office and marked undeliverable? I had 38 other packages from other companies delivered with no problem at all. I contacted LG Outdoors and asked if I could change the address and get another bow before Christmas. Customer Service ignored the question completely and stated they were processing a refund. Days go by and I placed an order with Cabela's for a similar item, and then I receive an e-mail from LG Outdoors saying that my refund would be less a 15% restocking fee, and I had to pay for shipping both ways. Seems bogus. I'm not fully convinced that they shipped my item at all. Sounds like a scam to collect fees from unexpecting customers to me. Beware!!!

I ordered a $600 air rifle as a present for myself for a great quarter at work. I am by no means a rich man, this was big purchase for me. They sent me the wrong caliber rifle, when I contacted them (immediately after opening the box) they couldn't have cared less and asked that I send it back so they can refund the purchase price to my card and then asked that I re-order the same rifle I ordered the first time around. No thanks! Avoid at all costs, the prices are cheap for a reason!

They refused to exchange even though it was their fault. Why should I order it again when they screwed it up the first time. I will be happy to spend more to order from a different company.

It may have taken almost two weeks to iron out, but the CEO himself called me to iron things out. Great guy. Really wants the best for customers. So I am changing my review and open to trying them again.

I ordered a 37.19 box of bullets that I was charged 13.79 shipping, this is twice what usps will ship for. This retairer does not care about its customers or they would offer the cheapest shipping..I will never do business with this company again.......

ordered on 12/24 and on 12/26 got confirmation of shipment, now its 1/9/18 and still no order has showed up. I tried to email the contact at company and after several attempts nothing will go through. I never received a tracking number so I don't know where the order is. I ordered items from other companies before and after this order (some many days after this order) and have received my items from everybody else. I will never order from this company again. Very dissatisfied, now way to contact company.

He likes to give his business to locals, but has always found it difficult to find the ammo he wants. Found your site and he's literally like a kid in a candy store. "Look, they have those, WOW, that's a good deal, let's get those, DUDE, look at the price on those, let's get 10." We ordered 10 boxes and he's elated. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

I was searching the web for some SIG 45 AUTO, 230GR, ELITE V-CROWN, JHP ammo when I came across this site. To that point; the cheapest price was $15 / 20 rounds. When I saw this price...I immediately decided to get 3 boxes instead of one.

Purchase of 4 boxes of 22 cal birdshot, shipped in a small box: Your prices are slightly higher than our local gun store (who is out of stock at the moment). Shipping on first 'cart' total looked reasonable at $12. However, after the first shipping quote at $12, then shipping went up to $18 on final order, then I was charged $21.39 "after Fedex rate was received", according to the courteous lady in your customer service dept. That is exorbitant.
