Got off to a bad start when ordering as the code NEWCUSTOMER10 did not work although I was invited to use it. Then DPD sent a text and email yesterday to say my parcel would be delivered today. And could not be left with neighbour etc etc. So between my husband and me we made sure to be here all day. Result - no parcel arrived. Would try hard not to order again from Liberty.

Ordered a hair band and took 8 weeks to get here. Totally uncomfortable, adheres behind ears and creates headaches. No flexibility to shape of head. Designed more for a child than adult. Very disappointed.
