I placed an order Dec 2nd, and within 1/2 hour I had confirmation that my account was charged. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to LinkDelight and they responded that it did ship and gave me an invalid tracking number. Day 5 and still I have no valid shipping information. All the company will say is, "it's the Hong Kong Postal service." I am trying to get help from the seller and there is no apparent effort being made to track this order.

Hong Kong Post said yesterday that it could take 2 months to track the missing package. Now I found out that the LinkDelight only gave them the package "today", December 8th.

It is now December 14th, 12 days after ordering. The package did finally arrive. I connected the unit up and it does appear to work as it was discribed. I am updating my review, for the better, but I am still concerned that they couldn't be honest about the date the item was shipped.

This order was placed for Aputure Pro Coworker 1S Wireless Remote Kit for Minolta Maxxum 7D. The product description page did not convey that a hot shoe adaptor is required to fit this remote. The cost of adaptor was almost as much as the remote.

As soon as Linkdelight was informed of this error they updated the respective web page. I gave them 2 options either to refund or pay for the adaptor. The supplier was at least honest to accept his mistake but was not willing to either refund or pay for the adaptor. I did approach Paypal but under their policy they cannot take any action.

I brand this company as dishonest despite their mistake they want purchaser to pay for their mistakes.

This order was placed on August 8th, 2010 for Aputure LCD Timer Remote, Wireless Remote Kit for Canon 5DII, Triopo B2 ball-head... a total of 9 items. The parcel is sent from Hongkong three days later, when goes to Canada Customs, it has been refused and returned by Canada Customs because of a wrong declaration. Eventhough with proof that Canada Customs did return back the parcel, untill now November 15th i never receive my merchandise.

As soon as Linkdelight was informed, e-mails back and forth, answers are always a same tune... to wait when they got the returned item (for how long, from August to November???) before proceeding the next step.

This company, when everything went well, it seems that we have a good deal but when something needed to be resent or replaced: have a good luck.

After many 'debates', they agreed to resend the package. All in good working condition.

3 weeks for delivery are okay from China to Austria.
Quality of products good.

Back in November 2010 I purchased a Pro 160 LED Panel and received the item damaged more then a month later. I have been in contact with the seller in Hong Kong over a period of 4 months with all sort of promises on their part but received no actual service from them.

I originally spent $114.00 US for the item only to received an incomplete and damaged kit, after being challenged as to the state of the equipment I was asked to provided photos for their inspection and through a series of delays and unproductive email exchanges was finally given a return authorization number and address (PO box) in Hong Kong to send back the defective item at my cost ($50).

In February 2011 I returned the defective item closely following the sellers instructions and never received the promised replacement part, on March 23, 2011 I received a last email from the seller telling me to check with my Post Office and wishing me “good Luck”, and that was the end of it, they got another victim..

I spent nearly 5 months of my time following up with Link delight NA, but never though I needed to be lucky to successfully complete a business transaction with them.

They no longer return my email (typical of such criminal organization) I have lust my investment and the product I had originally ordered from them through EBay.

More specifically if you are dealing with them be aware of these two names (HEBE and/SUNNY) as they are at the front end of the scam. They will make you spent more money and will not deliver on any of the promises.

Paid extra for "priority shipping", over $45 in total that promised delivery in 3-7 days. On the 7th day I sent and email, then again on the 8th day... then again on the 9th. They finally replied to say they were out of stock of some lines. WHY DIDN'T THEY COMMUNICATE?
They offered to ship immediately and refund the out of stock products. Guess what? It's 12 days now and despite emails, they STILL havne't shipped and no refund has so far been forthcoming.
I'm referring to Paypal - I would warn potential customers NOT to deal with the company in the first place.
UPDATE: Finally got my refund but had to refer to Paypal's resolution centre and fight for it. The excuse kept coming back that only a manager could refund and they weren't available.
CONCLUSION: Poor service unscrupulous company... it seems they claim lots of the items are out of stock and they just try to keep your money. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LINKDELIGHT.

I ordered a bunch of stuff for my Nikon to pimp it up, and got everything I wanted, on time, and everything was better than I thought it would be, and was actually very, very happy.

My goodness, I am quite surprised to see other negative comments in this website. Anyway, it hasn't put me off buying from them again. I supposed you would naturally see more people writting about negative experiences and people who are happy normally couldn't be bothered to say anything.

I ordered two times there.
Quite fast delivery, and good value for money products.

I've been ordering from them for a couple of years now, at least 3-4 times a year and haven't had problems with them. The shipping sometimes takes a bit but the products are always in the described condition and functionality.

It took 11 days for it to be sent from China to Singapore. When I got it, I was actually satisfied when the built-quality. The grip was 90% similar to the original felt on the 550D. Everything works fine except for 2 things - Instructions on how to use "Timing Function" on the grip was too superficial. The other is the remote shutter-RC5. Doesn't seem to fire off properly when activated. Overall, I am still pretty zappy about package. Can't wait to go out to shoot with it.

The box is a little damaged in a corner but nothing serious.
The item is very easy to use.
It's impossible to put in place the lens cap without removing adapter ring. Lens hood must be removed before. Battery compartment cover seems fragile.
Only press two buttons to retract four locks and set up or remove the ring flash.
One button to select FullFlash or 1/2LeftFlash or 1/2 RightFlash modes.
One button to select FullLight mode.
Two buttons to change exposure from -1.5 to 1.5 stepped by 0.5.
One SET button for nothing...
First tests : The flash function is useable with 1/100. Light for over speed. At the same speed without FC100, all is black...
Left and Right options don't give a really difference.
For short distance only.

I bought a grip for the Nikon D7000, I had a problem with the dials but linkdelight have been concerned about my problem. Linkdelight is a vendor recommended.

Recently purchased a battery pack and a few other items for a Nikon D7000. Very happy with the products and service,great value for money and I will most certainly buy from Linkdelight again. I highly recommend them.

Really Good Choice, Link de Ligth its a really good option to purchase photography accesories, at the beginning I had my doubts because it sent to Colombia takes around 45 calendar days, but after I received the battery Grip that I purchased. I was very happy with the products, the quality of the items is so good and the price its very competitive.
