Easy to work with and effective. I did have to call back after leaving a message but the service after that was prompt and they got the job done, replacing two locks and giving us all the keys we needed for a a reasonable price. I would use them again!

Andrew was awesome. I reached out to get a quote for installing a door handle with a key pad at my house, he came the same day with the exact part I had mentioned and also in the correct color, and installed it in on the spot in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

I got locked out of my flat around 8pm on a Monday. Googled 24/7 locksmith and this one came up first. I don't normally do that, but obviously had no time for a proper research so I called these guys up. Lady on the phone said someone will be there in 20-25 minutes and it will be £50. Compared to what I read in other reviews, it doesn't seem expensive, but when your keys are just behind that door you are tempted to smash in to reach them, it seems a pretty unnecessary expense. Anyways, nice enough bloke turned up around 25 minutes later, took out a bit of plastic and tried to slide it in between the frame and the door but couldn't open it. "Sorry, I will have to drill your lock and this will be £120 + VAT. You're lucky it is a simple lock as it could have been £300 or more!".
"I'd get a new door for that" - crossed my mind, but at that point I just wanted to get into my flat. He drilled 2 holes and 30 seconds later I was lockless and £120 lighter.
Had it been the quoted £50, I'd give it 4, maybe even 5 stars, but I hate such deceitful tactics and the nauseating smell of booze made it worse - not very professional to say the least and he drove to my flat!
1 star for speed, otherwise it would have been 0.
